What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
New comms channel for secure communication between 2 departments without everyone seeing it (OOC).
For example, if I was to type: "/O1 [Message]" as A-1 operative, it would send a message "[MTF Alpha-1 to MTF Omega-1] [Message]".
It would only be viewed by people on A-1 & O-1 job and SC i guess.
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Less metagaming
Faster communication between departments without having to manually write the secure comms format.
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Less messages in chat??
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
With the addition of department exclusive communications being added today, this would be also be a welcome change. I must admit that this is not really necessary, it's just a QoL change, it'd actually give us proper secure comms between departments which would consequently decrease the chances of metagaming .
