What will you do to stop this from happening again: I will be more cool headed and open minded in situations involving admins and the person I reported, I will refrain from involving myself in a job that is clearly the admins to deal with.
Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned? Not in this server no
Why should you be unbanned: My behavior was uncalled for, however in my defense I was toxic majorily due to the fact that the party I reported was egging me on and successfully provoked me, that and I was not in the best of moods due to his behavior and it lead to me snapping essentially and insulting him, of which I am ashamed of doing.
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: I've barely been on the server for an hour, I'd say give me a chance and keep a close eye on me.
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: I want to continue rping with my brother who is the main reason I got into this RP in the first place

Hello Daxter,

I would like to explain this situation from my eyes, You created a sit for a gensec cadet who was MRDMing within D Block and killing multiple gensec, D class and even one of the members I had brought to a sit with you of which that cadet in question was since banned for MRDM, However when in a sit with both you and the cadet you became severely rude toward the cadet and used a racial slur to disrespect the cadet, there was also another incident at the same time as this in which you became toxic toward another player in a sit that had been jailed, It was explained to you afterward that such behaviour is met with severe consequences such as a 3 Day ban and is not excusable especially when racial slurs are used against other players.
After this was brought to your attention and it was explained that if felt necessary you would have the chance to appeal and or make a complaint about the ban you have received I then proceeded to issue the 3 day ban for Severe Toxicity of which you are serving currently.

I will repost my previous reply from your complaint due to it being the same issue.

Like I stated before I was being egged on by the cadet/

All I ask is one chance, you'll never see that behavior from me again, that I can guarantee. Please give a guy who has barely been on the server a chance to get to know it well enough, I'm genuienly interested in it, and for the sake of my brother.
