What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Alright, hear me out, a whitelisted sheriff role for civilians, you would need to submit a misc. application just like captain or executive researcher. The application wouldn't be too hard but would requrie knowledge and ability to decide quickly whether or not someone has broken a law or not since pinewood doesn't really have a big book of laws. The sheriff role would require some levels of combat and ~50 overall should be good aswell as experience as a ranger. Sheriff would spawn with a revolver and maybe a primary weapon, aswell as a weapon checker, elastics (maybe not) and 75 armor instead of 50. The sheriff would have total authority over rangers and be able to suspend them from the job for breaking conduct, he would also be on the same level as the mayor of pinewood.
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- More civilian content because we desperately need more.
- Wouldn't have as many silly rangers fooling around.
- A civilian role who has authority over other rangers so UN don't have to kidnap them when they start acting afool.
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- Might be abused to create a paramilitary terrorist organisation.
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Civilians basicly never get updated, the "surface" update added GOC which basicly do absolutely nothing to help civilians, they almost never answer to our calls of help, and also cooler ranger (rangers are awesome)
