Why are you applying for Security Captain?:
I'm applying for Security Captain because, to put it bluntly, there are none. Or at least, they're not very active. This isn't a fault of the Captains, for what I know most of them if not all of them have other roles to play on the server, and are busy doing those roles. This however means that GENSEC and D-Block as a whole isn't very organised. A GENSEC SGT can only get so far and most of the time people won't listen to them because they can't give a genuine punishment (Security Ban, for example). At most, a SGT can try and get someone arrested for Insubordination or other things by IA but, most of the time, this never happens. Due to this, I've decided to apply for Captain, and hope that I can make an actual impact and try and organise GENSEC, to the best of my abilities of course. I play a lot of SGT, be it a Security SGT or a RRT SGT, but nonetheless I still have to lead, and I still have to organise people. This, as well as speaking to some people, made me want to apply.
-
What makes you suitable for Security Captain?:
What makes me suitable for Security Captain is that I know how to deal with GENSEC. I know how to deal with people who minge, or break rules, and I know not to entertain them. I know this isn't a major thing, but I also have experience as a RRT SGT and Security SGT. I may not have other roles, such as high ranks or other CL4 experience, but I do know how to play Security. I know how to follow ethics, I know how to not be a problem to higher ups. This makes me quite suitable, at least in my opinion: A Captain has to know how people act in GENSEC, how to deal with them, and how to follow orders, even if they are the one normally giving them. Most of the time, I play RRT SGT, and I've organised RRT quite well most of the time, getting Patrols going, setting up a Checkpoint at PW Blast Door, and other things. As a Security SGT, I generally try to keep Cadets and Officers organised, making sure there's always people at the Watchtower, Airlock and such. I organise escorts and prevent excess Cadets from wandering off, and I'm always giving orders. If a Code 2 is called, I will prepare us for a Sweep, and if one is granted, I tend to try and lead them, and if not I'll assist with organising people so that the sweep goes smoothly. I try and prevent Cadets and Officers from wandering, be it if I'm patrolling as a RRT SGT and spot one, or if I'm in D-Block myself, I'm always telling them to be there. I organise Radio Frequencies at times, although it's normally for RRT specifically as GENSEC already has a favoured Frequency. Finally, though, I am fair. I don't immediately try and be bossy and generally unpleasant, I try and actually have some fun while still being able to organise and help Cadets and Officers with whatever they may need.

What are the responsibilities of the Security Captain in RP?:
The responsibilities of a Security Captain in RP is that they would generally oversee D-Block and RRT. They would have the final call on most Security issues/activities, unless they're told otherwise by the CoS and Site Administration. Generally though, they organise D-Block with the help of Security Sergeants and oversee the activities of RRT and give them orders, which commonly are carried out by RRT Sergeants. They also uphold the Code of Ethics and Conduct, as that is the basis for any department. In a way, they are basically Security Administration, though they do tend to physically go to D-Block to lead the Cadets and Officers and organise and carry out sweeps. As Clearance Level 4 personnel they are expected to be professional, more-so than the average Sergeant. They take direct orders from the CoS and SA, and may even have to take over from the CoS at times. They also handle the licenses, those being Riot Control and Heavy Weapons and can grant them to people who are worthy. In conclusion, they are a necessity for the Site, since if they didn't exist, D-Block would be harder to handle and Security would not be directly organised.

Please give some lore about your Security Captain character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Zack Andreev was born on 15/10/████ in Liverpool, United Kingdom. As a Child, Zack always had an interest in the Supernatural, be it ghosts or other spectres. At Age 8, his family moved for unknown reasons to Canada, and Zack wasn't sure why, but never cared. His Father, however, worked for the Foundation. He was a Senior Researcher, and had to move as he had been transferred to a new Facility: Site 65. His Family lived somewhat close, some miles away from Pinewood. His Father never directly told of his work, though hinted at it. Upon reaching the Age of 18, and having excelled somewhat in School, his Father suggested that he could possibly try and join his line of work, Research. Zack agreed to this, and a few years later, he was a Jr. Researcher at Site 65. However, Research simply wasn't for Zack and, not long after, he applied to join the Security detail of Site 65 and because of physical and mental attributes, he was accepted. As a Cadet, Zack excelled in his work, and had assisted with stopping a Mass D-Block Riot. Soon after this, he was promoted to Officer. As an Officer, he noticed that he was good at leading people, good at dealing with sticky situations. Due to this, Zack enrolled in a program that would allow Officers to try their chance at getting a promotion to Sergeant. At first, Zack wasn't the best at this, and nearly Failed the program, though after some encouragement from fellow piers, he passed. Upon reaching SGT, he was granted his Riot Control and Heavy Weapons licenses, due to his support in stopping Riots, and Zack lead Officers and Cadets in many situations, though was never really too influential. After all, he was a lowly Sergeant... Because of this, a spark grew in Zack. He wanted to help how Security was ran, and due to a stroke of luck, he was able to get a chance at becoming a Captain. This was his chance. Would he pass, or would he fail?
