What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
An addition to the announcement system saying that HCZ is closed, and an additional reminder announcement

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
No

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- And auditory reminder so people know that HCZ is closed so E-11 don't need to comms it in constantly to remind people
- Some people don't look at comms so the announcement will be easier to remember

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- Someone might abuse or spam it idk

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Some people don't look at comms when E-11 comms in HCZ is closed, researchers go and grab D-Class anyway and bitch when they say "I didn't see it!!!!" and expect to be let in anyway. E-11 will be able to play auditory announcements reminding people *cough* researchers that HCZ is closed. This might be small and unneeded, but it's one or two voice lines and probably wouldn't be too hard to add.

I gotta agree it gets annoying at times (esp if you're the only e-11 on) and get bitched at by researcher(s) that HCZ isn't open and they 'wasted' their time getting a d-class and making their way down to HCZ upper prim

Adding what you suggested would be nice having an alert we can use that everyone within the facility can hear so they bug and complain less would be ideal and nice to have

That's on UK though. Event then an annocuncement would be immersive, larpers will rejoice

Low E-11 count, wargames, E-11 meetings, dangerous tests/samplings, these happen pretty much every day, since USA is a lot more active.

As E-11 US side:
- HCZ can be closed by any of our NCOs within reason - this being understaffed, wargames, training exercises (as we run live fire trainings). COs will close HCZ for the Meetings and Code 1's.

- Researchers can test in HCZ without E-11 requirement IF no E-11 is online. Otherwise if theres even 1 E-11 they have to go through procedures, and if HCZ is closed they are out of luck (CL4 exempt since they can enter freely regardless of code/HCZ being closed)

With that being said I will now give me overall opinion on the suggestion (Just wanted to clear up some US sided things regarding E-11 & HCZ)

Personally I see no reason for there not to be an announcement, even if UK only does it for 008 - its more immersive in those situations then a Comms message in my opinion so I will be giving this my:
