What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Increases the time for ERT to exfill. I noticed that it takes quite a while to exfill from HCZ to surface
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
ERT won´t struggle to reach the surface after the SCPs in HCZ are recontained
ERT have more time e.g to repair SCP chambers and such
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I think everyone would benefit from this it is also a small change, from personal experience during my last ERT deployment i didn´t have much time left to exfill so i had to use duloxetine to reach surface.
