What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Adding an actual testing area with a blast door for CI, similar to the one in GOC base - I'd imagine it looking something like this:
The test area has a corridor with two doors - a single door leading to a reinforced window looking into the test area, and a blast door that opens into the actual chamber. Think of how the UNGOC test area works, and imagine a similar thing in CI base.
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
CI can test without GM help
More convenient for CI to test on event SCPs and biohazards
You can call this the CI base update so you don't actually need to do one ???
Improved potential for CI RP
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Making it quickly before the next major update will be annoying for the mappers
Server may already be at its limit
CI can always ask for GM intervention
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
It'd make CI RP a lot more fun
