What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This adds a Surface Operation channel in the teamspeak for SCP RP UK AND US

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Makes comms easier for everyone involved in surface operations

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Nothing really, unless its abused by metagaming

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Because it's useful for all SOP-involved personnel. It benefits many departments and its a good idea.
