Denied Sr and Jr Captain seperate slots

What does this suggestion change/add/remove: Adds two more slots to the GSD
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?: I am not entirely sure.
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2): This way, GSD will clearly be able to see who holds the most authority. Apart from that, we wouldnt have to change our names to Jr, Sr and.. standard i suppose
Possible Negatives of the suggestion: We would have too many Captains at the same time, though this could be combated with reducing the slots to: Jr having 2, Standard having 2 and Sr having 2.
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted: Due to GSD changing its ranking system, this change would solve the issue of "Authority confusion", and it would keep GSD a little more organised. Plus, we could maybe give them all different weapons. Just to keep them even more distinct. I also would like to propose here that Jr and Sr get slightly different uniforms. Nothing major, just big enough to notice that someone is Sr and someone is Jr. Standard captains remain the same.

-support Don't need additional job bloat for 3 of the same job. Im unsure what UK is changing but US has had many different levels of captain but they just go off their roster. No need to have an additional job just so everyone knows you're a specific captain. Unless Sr Captains are Sr CL4 on UK

GSD isn't the whole server man, RSD also has this internal policy as well as consultants I think.

Nearly every Jr. CL4 on the US server has this type of layout to some degree, splitting this into 3 different jobs would just be pointless

Honestly we should just have a rank tag for each job that this applies to. That way there's no job bloat, People don't have to change name. And it's easy to verify seniority without google sheets.
