The situation was very misunderstood. I understand all evidence is against me and given the person who banned me is SL, it's obvious to take his word over mine however i had a full call full of people who could vouch for me. The image that has been given as "evidence" was taken at a bad time as my mouse was literally still moving as it was taken. I understand how it could look like the flag and i admit that i did accidentally draw it whilst drawing scribbles but i deleted it immediately. The lines you can see on the picture are me scribbling over a face i made on the white circle, which i then turned into a T-Shirt and shorts before deleting the whole thing.
I apologise if what i drew offended anybody for whatever reason but i did not draw what was assumed to have been drawn. Usually i wouldn't care about this stuff as it's just petty however given it led to me being removed from O-1 and possibly the ban getting extended, i thought i may as well attempt to fight it. The people who know me on the server know that i'm not dumb enough to purposefully draw something like that in a public channel, given i was previously staff twice and have common sense.
