Accepted Storage Cache's

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This suggestion would add a storage cache for Foundation, UNGOC and CI.
this would be a sizable container (or several (1 per item type)) for people to store their Looted weapons & keycards in a dedotated container instead of slapping them down somewhere on the floor somewhere causing entity pileups which also causes server lag.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- Less un-needed entities adding up to cause server & Physics lag.
- would be more organised and clean.
- could give each faction a new target when raiding.
- SL would have access to place these for future additions if SL come to an agreement that a placement would be justified and useful.
- Would be smoother during events as there will be less entities causing issues when GM's spawn quite a few entities for their events.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- Dev time as this would require a new inventory system to be coded.
- more dev time as the containers would require custom models and such.
- Possible minging opportunities with people going to the boxes to empty them without cause or reason.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
This should be accepted as it should overall cause less server memory to be used due to entity pileups. this would also make "war resources" such as claimed faction weapons and cards more organised making the overall process of obtaining enemy cards for raids and such smoother. this could also be expanded in the future for situations like D-Block getting one as a weapon stock for D-Class, a place for medical to put cards gained from EST sessions ect ect.

my idea would be they'd just be reskinned and repurposed fridges but u can only store weapons n keycards in them (maybe even the upgrade things)
Hmm this seems good but could it not lead to the stockpiling of cards and weapons to the point where they become not important? If CI manage to get a hold of multiple cl4 and keep them surely this would lead to major balance issues? Additionally, could the storage of snipers not lead to surface just turning into a team deathmatch with everyone having snipers

same could be said with documents, ci currently has 0 reason to actually Doc raid as they already know everything due to the docs they lowpop raid & make unraidable due to rewriting them and putting them up on ci's scipnet, regardless maybe it'd make sense to wipe them every server restart as thats currently what happends with dropped card piles n such
