What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Allow for EC/O5 to credit ECA/OSA roles now the crediting groups have been seperated, as well, allow for ECA/OSAs to credit D-Class.
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- EC/O5 Will be able to reward good work from ECAs using the crediting system.
- EC/O5 Will be able to have a reward system in place that isnt monetary for hard work.
- ECA/OSAs will be able to complete orders that involve D-Class testing, that may not include the research department.
- ECA/OSAs will be able to supervise tests for ISD and meet the crediting requirement for the D-Class as they have done prior to the recent change.
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- ECA/OSAs may abuse this for D-Class to level up, however, they can be caught with logs and reprimanded.
- EC/O5 may allow for crediting to become more loose for the assistants.
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I believe this assistants will be able to interact more with other players and help ISD with sampling for any chemicals required, i.e. amnestics, immortal flesh. As well, this seeks to give Assistance a slight more independence that they had prior back, but in a controlled manner.
