What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
[A surgery minigame for medical to do that will apply buffs or debuffs for a limited time or for that RP life, this would give medical something to do beyond just talking, mixing chems, or using the EST machine.Some of the buff will be something like moves SLIGHTLY faster, gains +25 base HP (like 914 does), applies a very slow regeneration effect (like 1 hp every 3 seconds slow), ect, small things that won't actually do much but enough that people may want to go for surgeries and let medical actually do more, and some gain a name for being very good or bad doctors.
The debuffs would be stuff I listed but in reverse, to undo a debuff you'll need to either die, lay in a recovery bed, or get another surgery, with SCPs like 999 or the teddy bear decreasing the timer.This could also be a system to fix fractures, replacing the pill stuff.
We could also see another level system to these kind of like cooking where you get better the more you do, but how it is actually implemented is completely on the dev team decisions.Best thing I could think of to describe the mini game is like that old Adult Swim flash game Amateur surgeon, it's simple and easy to make and wouldn't kill the server, but again, this is up to the dev team.I think it would also be cool to see certain injuries from being attacked by different SCPs, like 939 claws broken off into a person, or a 682 tooth, ect.]
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
[I have seen similar but all of them tend to focus on making it REQUIRED while this makes it a option with benefits to doing it.]
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
[More for medical to do.
A new minigame adding more to the server.
Allows medical to make a name for themselves beyond doing /me and left clicking people.]

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
[I think overall medical has been heavily looked past for anything to do right next to medical, and while yes, in character policy play a role in that, it is mostly just how repetitive it is overall from a gameplay perspective, mostly just standing around till someone comes in sick or hurt and you need to left click them twice or give them some drugs. It is boring, this while gamifying it a bit does add a bit more to it with more complexity to the job.]
[It should be noted the primary focus is the addition of the minigame and other additions are simply an incentive to utilize it, and I am absolutely up for any discussion of different options. This could also provide differences in people attacked or affected by a SCP.]
