Denied Tech update

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This change will make the tech tool of fixing computers useable on malfunctioning keypads to fix them temporarily

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Adds more use to the other tool as nobody cares to use it since u can just goto another computer

More RP and usefulness from techs when everything goes out

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Takes away from keypad malfunctions

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Based on everything.

Nobody likes the keypads breaking and sitting there hoping rng let's u open the door.

With this a tech can fix the doors temporarily until main power is fixed

Would be really cool for literally everyone to have, because broken keypads are super annoying & for some reason they also break in GOC/CI base

When using Brodamide, the room you're in temporarily has keypad malfunctions. I think the tech tool can be used to temporarily activate them in a certain room.
