Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?
I am applying for Internal Security Inspector due to my longstanding and preserved interest within Internal Affairs & Internal Security. Throughout my time within the site, ISD to me has been the most intriguing & enjoyable department i have ever been apart of. The Internal Security Department to me is the backbone of the Site & is the only department who's primary task is to restore the balance in the scales of justice as well as the scales between order & chaos. ISD is somethig i enjoy being apart of & I don't think i will ever stop enjoying it.
What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:
I have several reasons why i am suitable for Internal Security Inspector. There are as follows;
Experience
I have an over-qualified amount of experience in plenty of fields such as Administrative departments, being employed as a Ethics Committee Member for 5 months as well as Site Administration for a total of 11 months as a Site Advisor & Site Manager. I have been a previous Department Director of ISD & Inspector(Ambassador) for a total of 8 months back in 2023 under the same name as all other positions with the exception of codename regiments like O-1, Nu-7 & GOC.
External Networks & Documentation
What this means is that i have a good understanding of how to use, make & organise Google documents using Google drives & Manually using spreadsheets, though i am still yet to understand how to use spreadsheets at an advanced level such as linking logs to spreadsheets.
Training
I have a huge amount of training within ISD, being trained initially by Former Directors, Charles Whitmee & John Dear who mentored me through who whole journey in Internal Affairs from Agent to becoming Director before going to SA. After which, IA/ISD knowledge & training was closely kept to me so that if & when i needed to as an authorised rank, could perform ISD duties as ISD, SA or ECM without overstepping my bounds and just assisting them during slow times. Furthermore, i have trained & dealt with countless Agents & Ambassadors during my IA days at my complete discretion. These may be quite old trainings from IA during a time forgotten, however i feel these trainings were some of the best displays of keeping IA & ISD a respectful & professional department.
Knowledge
Being a previous ISD Director & Ambassador, i have great knowledge in how ISD should be run as a department & i feel i can provide great assistance in making ISD one of the best departments to work in within Site-65.
What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:
An Inspector of the Internal Security Department is someone who makes it their career goal to make every Agent & investigator under them one of the very best at all aspects of their job. From arrests, to arrest reports & from patrolling, to sanctioning off designated areas for the safety of other personnel. These are all fields of work a member of ISD must excel in before reaching the rank of inspector. An inspector should have the necessary skills to train ISD agents, mentor them to perfection as well as write & review all ISD standard documentation.
How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:
I have written several excellent graded arrest reports on most of my arrest, which include up to 7 pages full of complete information such as the ISD's information as well as a bio description & the very same for the suspect including physical descriptions for added RP engagement. I have made my own template which is available for anyone to use, just need to check if its available on SCIPNET.
What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:
As an Inspector, you are expected to act in the highest level of respect & professionalism around the site. You are expected to follow all orders given by direct & indirect superiors of Site-65. These task include assigning ISD Agents & Investigators to sections of the site, reviewing & grading ISD arrest reports & incident reports, performing audits of departments approved by Site Administration or Foundation Command as well as enforcing the Foundation Legal Codex & departmental policies.
Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:
Similar to why i am suitable for the position of inspector, i have great previous experience in more higher & senior positions within the foundation, i have had extensive previous training my highly decorated former directors & have trained a countless number of previous Agents, some of which had become previous Ambassadors during the days of Internal Affairs. I have extensive knowledge in ISD's policies & i believe i can help in making better changes to the department, starting with the training of ISD Agents
Please give some lore about your Internal Security Inspector character and what storylines they would be involved in:
