What is the usual behaviour of SCP-096 when pacified?: While SCP-096 is pacified he acts docile (crouched) and cries in his CC or where ever he is not interacting mostly while in this state.

When breached, where is SCP-096 allowed to go? Can SCP-096 beeline straight to D-Block?: SCP-096 would only be allowed to go to D-Block if the people within the area have seen his photo or his face, this is the same with most areas.

How is SCP-096 re-contained? Please describe all steps of the process:
Once Breached MTF would need to grab Scrambler goggles,
then would either wait for 096 to kill their targets or if doctors electroshock 096-1's,
Once 096 is docile he can be bucketed, beamed and then cuffed where he will be dragged back to his CC and recontained.
