Training weapons

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
[This suggestion would add training weapons, a weapon similar to just a paintball gun. They would work like snowballs, that once you get hit (or hit a certain amount of times), your character will ragdoll, indicating they have been killed. The weapon does 0 damage and cannot kill]

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
[This would make training a whole lot easier in departments such as DEA and Nu-7, where we would potentially use killhouse or HCZ (or literally for any department that attends a training far away from their spawn). It can be quite annoying to walk for 5-7 minutes whenever you die during a training, and this eliminates the death aspect of trainings]

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
[The weapons could be abused by minges, ragdolling people at random, or to escape punishment from ISD etc. A fix for this is to make the weapon only accessible via admin commands, although this would require an Admin taking their time to do it, instead of focusing on perhaps more pressing matters.]

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
[again, I think this could make training a bunch easier, especially if it's cross training, where the whole goal is to kill the enemy team. It eliminates the need to walk long distances, and also the constant admin intervention of people calling them to be teleported back every time they die.]
 
Most trainings are assisted by staff/gms for teleporters etc. So the long walk isnt really relevant.

i do agree the death in a training seems silly but at the same time, ragdolling isnt better.. as you will just standup in the middle of the room etc

Find it hard to see why this should be added with given context
