What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Introduce Transfusion-transmitted infections (TTIs) which would allow specific bacteria and viruses to be spread through blood samples. This can add some interesting roleplay to medical and MTF/DEA/CI/GOC.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
This brings an added aspect to the new infections that have been added to the game, infected people can go to medbay and have their blood for A1, O1, and DEA for uses like infecting a CI/GOC and sending him back with the infection and for the CI/GOC to obviously utilize this themselves. This could also possibly add a new perspective to research testing such as "Does infecting D-Class with the tainted blood of [Insert sickness] affect the interactions with SCP [Insert SCP].

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
People can abuse the tainted blood and inject others
Can lead to site-wide sickness if not done properly, like not wearing the correct gear or forgetting to treat the d class which can lead to a d block sickness pandemic.
The cost of chemicals to cure diseases is already an issue on site and intentionally infecting people will not help this situation.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I believe that this could help out roleplay within the server, with research and chemical warfare with the GOI'S
