I've wrote a lot of documents as CI R&D and Senior researcher

As a ambassador i should:
1: lead interrogations
2:help CL3 intel agents with theyre jobs
3: leading every negotiation about hostages/SCPS.

Turtle joined the CIA at the age of 22 After many succesful missions spying the Russians and discovering many plans about the russian government Turtle gained his fame around the military world The foundation of SITE-65 decided to kidnap him and then make him join the Intelligence department of Site-65 for the many succesful missions made as a CIA agent.
