What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This will tweak hacking noises to be quieter than they are now to balance

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
This would also make more sense in RP for hacking because it does not make sense that E-11 for instance can hear hacking from 008 from their spawn it would also make sense because there is already an alert for hacking.
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Only negative I could see is E-11 taking more time to sweep HCZ after a hacking alert goes off however they still know the location of were a hack is coming from
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
it would make sense in RP for the hacking to be way quieter than it is because you can hear it from way to far away.
