What are the responsibilities of Ethics Committee Assistants in RP?: The role of ECAs is to carry out the will of the Ethics Committee, completing whatever tasks or handling any issues delegated to them by the Committee. In the absence of Ethics Committee members, assistants assume control, and ensure that everything operates within the Ethics Committee's best interests.

Please give some lore about your Ethics Committee Assistant character and what storylines they would be involved in: Artyom 'Skitz' Chyornyj is a former Executive Researcher that became disillusioned with the O-5 council. Artyom's curiosity lead him into investigating the O-5 Council, which was upended after an Nu-7 Major discovered his journal and reported in to A-1. After realizing he had been amnesticated multiple times, likely by the Council themself, or at least ordered by them, he became disillusioned as to the actual motivations of the O-5 Council. With the newfound realization of the Council's dubious intentions, he joined the Ethics Committee in order to keep the O-5 Council in check, and to help protect lower ranking personnel from the Council's wrongdoings.
