I've been playing the server for quite some time now and want to expand how many SCPs I have access to, 096 definitely seems like a lot of fun

Sits down and cries, 096 may wander after not being interacted with for 1 minute.
When breached, where is SCP-096 allowed to go? Can SCP-096 beeline straight to D-Block?:
096 can go anywhere his target is, if the target is inside D-Block then 096 may beeline it into D-Block

How is SCP-096 re-contained? Please describe all steps of the process:
- Have scrambles on, locate 096 and put a bucket over its head.
- Let 096 neutralise all of its targets.
- After it has neutralised all of its targets and becomes docile, cuff the SCP and esort it back to its cell.
- After this has been done, if the picture of 096 that spawns somewhere in the facility hasn't been destroyed, check the faciliy for it and destroy it.
