Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
I like being a leader and I want to be able to make a change and lead RP in new ways. I want to help shape roleplay for other departments and be there to assist when people need it. I enjoy helping others and creating a fun and welcoming environment, and I believe that my next step to do even more is becoming a Site Advisor. I have great admiration for the work they do, and I want to try it to see if it’s suited to me. I also believe I could grow a lot in this position and further refine my leadership skills.
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
My time in leadership roles across different departments has helped me build strong decision making skills, clear communication, and a sense of responsibility when dealing with RP situations. Through running operations and overseeing investigations I’ve learned how to stay professional under pressure and make sure situations are handled fairly and properly. I have a strong understanding of how departments and the CoC works. Along with this, I’ve gained experience managing personnel, resolving conflicts, and making difficult decisions. My RP is spontaneous and on the spot depending on current circumstances, and I’m quick on my feet when situations change. This allows me to react smoothly in the moment, de-escalate conflict, and help bring issues to a fair and fast resolution
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
- Appoint Department Directors (excluding ISD) – Select and assign leadership for departments to ensure they are run properly and efficiently.
- Appoint MTF Commanders (excluding A-1 & O-1) – Choose qualified personnel to lead Mobile Task Forces and oversee their performance.
- Oversee All Departments and Their Performance – Monitor how each department operates and step in when improvements are needed.
- Authorize Certain Tests – Approve specific testing procedures to ensure they follow safety and site regulations.
- Manage Site-Wide Policies – Create, enforce, and update policies that affect the entire site.
- Authorize Advanced Armoury - For breaches that are too much to handle with regular weapons alone
- Authorize Partial Site Lockdowns – Approve lockdowns, such as LHCZ for SCP-008 testing or training.
- Audit Underperforming Departments – Review departments that are failing or struggling and help correct issues.
- Supervise GOI Relations – Oversee interactions and relations with Groups of Interest.
- Act as the Main Contact for All Departments – Serve as the primary point of communication between departments and site leadership.
