alfa borned in a family that his father worked as lawyer. when alfa was 10 years old he asked his father that what is he's job and father said:<im lawyer> alfa asked him what is lawyer and father explain to him:<i defend innocents and fight with guilty peoples to have justice in our country>. alfa wanted to do the same thing as his father and become a lawyer to help peoples. after a while when alfa lived in sociality among peoples , he saw peoples who don't care about others and rob each other , alfa hate this so he decided to have a red flag for himself , law and ethic. so he start to study to become a person like his father a successful lawyer so he learn from his father and his books. after years in school he find lots of lacks and limited resources in his country teaching system so he decided to move to canada for continue studys with better and more resources. after He graduated with GPA 4.2 he was known as a professional lawyer that makes him win is most cases. after years of working he received a case that said a car will arrvive in a place for him for taking him to military base located in pinewood. later in 9 PM the car arrvive for him and take alfa to military base. in there alfa meet Mr.[REDACTED] and talk to him for minutes. after a conversation , Mr.[REDACTED] told alfa about how this facility work and what risks it have or how secret it is , and he gave him offer to work in that facility as a assistant , alfa accept the offer.

+ Active, I've seen you on site multiple times
+ I've seen you on IA Agent multiple times
+ Time spent and Warnings ratio is acceptable
+/- You had at least one CL4 job (GSD Cpt)
+/- Don't quite remember our interactions that well
- The application seems to be lacking a lot of information, mainly the 2 most important questions

-Couldn't be bothered to type even a sentence per duty/reason why you'd be fitting for ECA, only bullet points.

-Awful reasoning for why you'd be a good ECA, starting immediately with the first reason. Knowing about Emergency Operations Centre is not really a requirement for being an ECA.. Also your 3rd reason, ECAs do not "make rules up". It is up to Site Command to create, omit and amend FLC charges.

-While ECA's duty's do include some of what you have (though in short detail) listed, you are somewhat confused on what they do. They do not actively test on SCPs themselves, whenever they do it is usually under EC orders. They also do not "approve documents", they can act as a proxy for an ECM if they cannot get on site, however they are not able to authorise tests themselves. ECAs carry out tasks for ECMs/ECC that are too difficult or menial for the members/chairman to attend to themselves.

-Your general behaviour on the server from what I've seen, isn't exactly what I'd call "ethical" or "mature".

-The grammar and effort in your application is quite heavily lacking.

-Your lore is incredibly short, and seems rushed.

+/-You have CL4 experience, though I've seen you break the FLC more than a few times on it.
