What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
Throughout my time on Civil Networks I have played and seen the server evolve, the changes in the map, the addition of chemicals, dimensions, SCPs, GOC I have been there seeing it all change as time flies and with that I have seen the players and all the jobs change for better or worse, due to all of this I have accumulated an immense amount of experience throughout the years of the server and gathered a great understanding on how almost all aspects of the server work both in and out of character.
It is based on this that I believe myself to be a more than worthy candidate for overseer assistant as I have had years to hone my craft and develop my server knowledge, due to this I am able to work, communicate and roleplay with everyone on the server exceptionally well in all areas, for this reason I am a great candidate for OSA as I can use my experience and ability to work with others to great benefit for the job of OSA.
Further reasons I believe myself to be a good candidate for OSA is due to numerous skills I have obtained during my time on the server that would be of great benefit for an OSA, the first is my ability to create quality documents, I have spent much time making great documents on RSD, ECA and ISD some of which have been used in the long term for the groups. Another skill I have is my ability to act as an envoy for personnel due to my time as an ECA and in O-1 I have had plenty of experience being a stepping stone to communicating with a CL5 body and acting on their behalf with or without direct orders, one more skill I will talk about is my ability to be flexible and adapt to situations following protocol and procedure or improvising and going off track for a better RP experience or outcome to a scenario that may arise.

What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
The core responsibility of an OSA is to act on behalf of the O5 Council and serve them in any matter they may require, trailing off this stems all the other responsibilities of an OSA such as document creation, acting as a liaison for the O5 council and as the first point of contact for those wishing to speak with them, following orders given to them by the O5 Council issued both in game or on discord via operations, working directly with Alpha-1 to ensure their own safety and to carry out their orders.

Why do you wish to become an Overseer Assistant?:
I wish to become an OSA because as seen in my held roles the floor 3 sector of roleplay, that being A-1, OSA and O5, is an area I have not held any position in and as such I wish to gain my first step into that territory to experience their side of roleplay that I have yet to do and expand my experience and grow more within the server.
