Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
I have 3 recent-ish warnings on my account currently, one for RDM (i cannot remember what this one was for unfortunately as it was >25 days); I got a cooldown violation as i wasnt aware of the MC&D cooldown for infilling foundation and one for FearRP (this one was a staff bounty from quite a while ago and i cant remember the situation fully, it was regarding jumping into an SCP pit which i remember being an accident but i cannot recall it)
Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?
I used to play back around 2023 when the only CL4 position within ISD was Ambassador.
Ever since I saw that position, I immediately decided I would like to try and apply. This is because I love helping people. It is one of my favourite activities to do and im pretty sure that a lot of people can vouch on this. If anyone reaches out to me in game with any question that I'm capable of answering, I'm always more than happy to.
I also love writing documents and investigating crime scenes/incidents. I used to write arrest reports for almost all of my arrests, regardless of clearance, however it did get quite overwhelming at some point and I eventually had to stop (this was there were way too many CL1 and CL2 arrests that were just for mingy behavior).
I also would love to be able to train other Agents/Operatives and assist them with any questions.
What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:
I believe I have pretty good leadership skills. In quite a lot of scenarios I tend to lead/try to lead most of the situations i encounter.
I am also very patient and approachable. Again, if anyone needs any assistance, I'm always eager to help. I also like doing things slowly when they need to. I like taking my time when it is required and I believe that is a quite important asset/skill.
I believe I have a lot of experience, not only from present, but also from past experiences as MTF, CI and from around 3 years ago.
What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:
I believe the best ISD Inspector is someone who displays leadership and at the same time authority. An individual who is lenient but also fair.
CL4s should always tend to be as understanding as possible (which I'm proud to say that all of ISD cl4s that I've met display these skills), and try to also see everyone's side of story before acting upon anything.
An Ideal ISD Inspector is someone who also puts effort into what they do and don't always overlook things. It's good to at least try to investigate an incident before concluding it immediately.
How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:
(1)I have a lot of RP Serving documents and a few major RP ones.
One of my most notable document is one of my recent incident reports.
In the document mentioned, I have described in great detail with images an incident regarding a potential murder. The document included the death of a Sr. Doctor within medbay. After Sr. Doctors an Inspector (for barricades) and a consultant were called, we have begun investigating the crime scene properly and documenting it as we went. (The arrest report can currently be found within ISD wing signed and finished within one of the cabinets).
(2) Usually what differentiates a good document from a bad one is the effort put into it.
When a document has a nice and tidy format, proper text/wording and actually visible dedication into it, that can be considered a good document.
What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:
The responsibilities of an ISD Inspector in RP are mostly:
1. Watching and ensuring all ISD Agents/Operatives/Investigators are doing their jobs properly
2. Approving documents such as arrest reports
3. Assisting lower-ranking ISD members with arrests or inquires
4. Maintaining general peace within ISD and ensuring operations and investigations are ran smoothly.
Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:
I believe that with my past experience I have gained a lot of knowledge when it comes to leading a team of certain individuals. Generally speaking, in most scenarios, both on this server and on different servers/games, I tend to take point and guide most of the players.
I also believe that I am very friendly and I would be a good fit when it comes to teaching people how to do perform their duties/certain actions.
Please give some lore about your Internal Security Inspector character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Agent Andrew has been transferred from a site located within the US over to Site 65.
Initially, they have tried a career within medicine, however that has unfortunately failed due to a big increase in the amount of consultants.
With this past knowledge acquired, Andrew decided to pursue a career in ISD, ex know as IA (Internal Affairs).
