One warning for RDM for killing a D Class as a D class.

Why are you applying for the Director of Medicine?
I am applying for DoM as I wish to progress more within the medical department. Recently one of our DoMs resigned which has left an open spot and has also put more of a workload on Zoey, so I wish to continue to help her with the medical department. I have been a consultant for two months which has given me more than enough time to gain the experience I need to progress within the department.
What makes you suitable for Director of Medicine?:
What I think makes me suitable for the position is how other people see me within MLT. I am usually the first point of contact for other CL4s if Zoey isn't around and I am always willing to help others out regardless of their position. I'm not one to hold back on any issues that we have faced in the medical department and would like to keep us going in a positive direction in regards to relations with other departments. I like to think of myself as a good mentor and example for all the doctors and combat medics that I've trained and hope that some of them end up doing the same
What are the responsibilities of the Director of Medicine in RP?:
The responsibilities of the Director of Medicine are overseeing the smooth operation of the medical department and medbay, delegating tasks and projects to Consultants and Senior Doctors, and mentoring new Consultants. DoM's are relied upon more heavily by junior and senior CL4 members of site staff in their time of need and must have the knowledge and confidence to do so. DoM's coordinate to ensure that all documentation and policy is correct and up to date.
Please give some lore about your Director of Medicine character and what storylines they would be involved in:
From a young age, she has always been drawn towards helping others in need, which led her down the path of becoming a doctor. After graduating from university, she found herself working in a public hospital which left her frustrated with how things were run, so she ended up leaving not too long after to begin working at the Foundation. In her time at the Foundation, she has found many great people she can depend on, and has fallen in love with her job again. She takes her time to get to know the people she deals with on a daily basis and would do anything for them. She is a huge advocate for mental well-being within the Foundation and tries to make anyone that comes into medbay leave feeling better than when they came in. After she began her role as a Consultant, she got drawn into the pharmaceutical side of medicine, becoming the pharmaceutical lead through her dedication to the creation of cures for the medical department and making sure there was ample stock. This fascination with pharmaceuticals has led her to start researching other possible medicines that can be created using both traditional and anomalous means to better treat the staff of Site-65. Her close work with the Research Department on some projects, including Operation Grey Matter with RSD Leadership has given her a greater appreciation for the research department and offers help to them whenever needed. During her tenure as a Consultant, she has formed strong bonds with many of those in leadership positions across a multitude of departments and hopes these strong bonds will continue in the future.
