I held Staff positions in multiple other SeriousRP Servers before I joined Civil Networks.
Do you have any previous experience with serious roleplay?:
Yes, I used to play on a CWRP SeriousRP Server before this and held a Gamemaster position there.
I also held the position of Head Gamemaster on a now-closed TitanfallRP Server
How many hours can you be on every day?:
Up to 12 hours (I have the logs to confirm this, I have no life), usually an average of 4-6 per day.
Why do you want to become a moderator for our server?:
I enjoy being a part of this community. I enjoy speaking with people, hearing how their days are, and helping them with any issues they have. I want to take this a step further, making sure people are enjoying themselves on the server, and ensuring that the community is welcoming for both new and old players. I want to show new people the amazing things this server can do, and how much fun they can have if they try. I also feel like I should repay the server for all the enjoyment it has given me over the last half year I've spent here, that I should help foster that love and enjoyment for this community for a whole new generation of players.
What do you think you would be able to help us with on the server? Why are you special over the other applicants?:
I am of the opinion that oversight and supervision is a much better strategy than reactionary correction of incidents after they occur. As a Staff, I will strive to spend my AOD time overseeing roleplay on the server. Ensuring that the interactions between players are following the rules in the moment is a surefire way to improve RP for everyone. Observing rule breaks as they occur and rectifying them quickly and with minimal interruption to roleplay would be my goal as a staff.
I play during late hours when there is often a lack of staff members, so I would take the load off of the other staff that play those time zones.
Furthermore, As an Internal Affairs Ambassador, I am incredibly well-versed in both Server and In-Character Rulings, giving me a huge advantage in identifying and dealing with breaches of these rules. I also do not shy away from asking others for second opinions during complicated scenarios. When making a decision about someone in a sit, it's always best to get help if you aren't sure and I always make sure to seek that assistance when I need to.
