After working as an executive researcher for almost a month and a half, I have become very comfortable with the Research Department. I want to feel more connected to it, and I believe I can achieve this by becoming the Director. Assuming the role of Director of Research would aid my character development and increase my involvement in RP, particularly within the Research Department. I excel in writing documents and enjoy assisting researchers with anything they need help with. I am eager to write documents about Senior CL4 events/tests and would be honored to receive an appointment by Site Administration for any research-related tasks.
What makes you suitable for Director of Research?:
I have demonstrated my skills as a document writer by producing approximately 10 excellent documents, including four CL4+ tests. I am consistently professional, timely, and do not procrastinate tasks. As an experienced CL4 personnel, I am confident in my ability to help researchers with their tests, documents, and questions. While serving as an Executive, I have developed common sense regarding how long to ban a researcher and would never ban someone for simply holding a firearm. I have established positive relationships with the current Directors of Researchers and am knowledgeable about their responsibilities. I am always up for a challenge and willing to take on any assignments given to me by my superiors. I have aided numerous researchers in correcting formatting issues and improving the quality of their documentation. Finally, I am capable of dedicating a significant amount of time to the role of Director of Research while still enjoying being a researcher.
What are the responsibilities of the Director of Research in RP?:
-Reviewing documentation between SCPs, from Safe to Keter and Euclid to Euclid.
-Working with the research command to carefully consider and accept or deny Executive Research applications.
-Creating new policies within the Research Department, which must be approved by Site Administration and implemented into main policies.
-Grading documents and providing feedback in the absence of Executives.
-Leading research command meetings and discussing all relevant points.
-Overseeing the Research Department and ensuring that Executives are performing their duties effectively.
-Closely monitoring potential future Executive Researchers within the department, as well as those who have already applied.
-Documenting and completing tasks assigned by Site Administration or Site Command.

Despite his secretive nature, he had a flawless track record, with none of his projects ever failing. However, one of his co-workers became suspicious and decided to spy on him, installing cameras in his work area. It was then revealed that ███ used magical spells to conduct his work and manipulate chemicals in special ways. Days later, when ███ failed to show up for work, his co-worker checked the cameras and saw that someone had broken into the building and knocked him unconscious at 5:03 in the morning.

Foundation History: ███ was approached in his bedroom by a man dressed in all black who instructed him to "finish this today". Confused, ███ read the paper the man gave him, which contained a list of tasks involving different SCPs and instructions on what to do with them. The first SCP on the list was "Type-Green-A", and ███ was tasked with attempting to trick its mind. However, despite his efforts, he failed, as "Type-Green-A" was too powerful. He documented his findings and moved on to the next task, which was to "kill SCP-079". He went to the chamber and used his powers to reset SCP-079's hard drive, causing it to become friendly towards humans again. He documented his findings and returned to the man who had given him the list. As a result of his successful completion of the tasks he was appointed as an Executive Researcher. He also chose the codename "Bacon" and set his sights on becoming the Department Director of Research.
