Why are you applying for Director of Internal Affairs?
-I want the best for internal affairs i bring both brain and muscle to the department,, despite as a ambassador who mentors agents/operatives on how to become sufficient in their field of work. i extend my hand to anyone in help no matter their past crimes or their background. i tend to be calm in all situation especially if it's highly dangerous for a clearance level four personnel. i be putted a lot of dedication for IA even when i'm in LOA becoming longest standing ambassador i tend to new help ambassadors who never had cl4 experience before. when it comes enforcing both coe and coc i do them respectfully. i also made public information on how to contact Internal affairs when it comes to complains and Tips and Advice for agents/operatives.
What makes you suitable for Director of Internal Affairs?:
- Activity and dedication
Despite being in O1 i been more in active in IA then in o1 i be on ia everyday assigning,overseeing, tutoring and taking complains showing that you can trust internal affairs and ensuring that DIA act professional and not bias
-Professionalism
As part of IA i shown calmness and neutrality throughout my career though when it comes to chain of command i have believe the person who's above him or her when it comes to site hierarchy like MTF caught cadet murdering personnel for no reason i have to believe the mtf story.

as far i know wrote many documents including for new ambassadors that say about what they need to including responsibility for clearance level four personnel such suppressing info breach.
What are the responsibilities of the Director of Internal Affairs in RP?:
- Diplomacy
As Part of IA Department, the main key is to improve relationship with other department that even mtf regiments, as a ambassador i be keen on making good relation with other departments including complimenting other personnel for their good work and making complains,
Supervising and hire ambassadors
As director of internal affairs, you hired ambassadors who are excellent in their whether they good at administrative work or field work or both
ambassadors must inform for any clearance four personnel breaking protocols must be informed directly to director of Internal affairs of it except MTF CO+ since ambassadors can arrest them.
Lecturing
As a director you also teach agents how to do their work including site rules if any agent breaks it punishment will be required including ambassadors. it is a duty to mentor agents and new ambassadors on their first day including when they need help with something.
Leadership
As Director of internal affairs, leadership is important to the department like ordering all agents and ambassadors must escort non-combative personnel to garage for their safety or assigning duties. ensuring that department runs smoothly and accordingly to site commands.

Mikhail Fergus born to german mother and belarusian father, Mikhail became obsessed with detectives ever since he read sherlock holmes book after finishing university with criminology degree and political science degree, he moved to london to join scotland yard and became part of flying squad handling robberies, Mikhail exceeded his superiors becoming squad leader and solving numeral armed robbery cases doing one of his investigation on bank robbery in brixton, foundation agents approached him and offer him deal to work in internal affairs and evidences brixton robbery, he accepted the deal and vanished from thin area a hero who never existed.
Life as Internal affairs agent in site-**
During his time as internal affairs, Mikhail as usual began his work in a suit taking complains and arresting individuals for breaking site rules
in one of his biggest achievement was investigation on SR Researcher who has been selling unauthorize informations to foundation's enemy
the serpent's hand, for his success in investigation was promoted to Ambassador, unknowing what ahead him in his future. he accepted the position, several months later terrible tragedy were SCP-[REDACTED} breach infecting million of foundation personnel. during his evacuating non-combative personnel to safety, the loud voice coming from comms has the said line that shocked him "Alpha warhead Emergency Sequence engaged The Underground Section of the facility will be denoted in T-minus 120 seconds" when he heard the first thing that come to his mind was rescuing the surviving personnel to surface, doing that he risked opening the blast door to entrance door knowing that scp-{Redacted} is still lurking around, doing the escape he lost his vision in his left eye after the mtf failed to throw the grenade, making him unconscious he was carried to safety by unknown heavily armed man. when he woke up and he found himself in a chair in a clean new suit and bandages in his left eye. he saw two man sitting in front of him , each of them represent themself as Representative of ethics committee and OverSeer Council
Doing the interrogation on what happened in site-19 he found that about alpha warhead from the announcement, after the interrogation they told him he will be transfer to site-65 as a director of internal affairs he thinked about it and the friends he lost in site-19, in ten second he accepted the deal after that he was amensticated and transfer site-65 becoming director of internal affairs.
aftermath
after becoming director of internal affairs in site 65, brought order to internal affairs and to the site. Ensuring that site rules are followed all the time and justice to foundation.
