Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?: Though my memories are foggy and i was new to serious roleplay​

-NLR- Dclass killed me 914 then i went back there to find him​

Fearp and failrp- refused to CI while being interrogated​

-Combat cuffing i cuffed a o1 who had a gun on me when i was a dclass​

-Minor Glitch abuse i went on a table to get to catwalk​

Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community?:​

-No i do not have experience as a staff i only have this pc for two years i was a dirty console peasant back in my teenage years​

Do you have any previous experience with serious roleplay?:​

-No, this is my first serious roleplay though i been other servers but only have the atmosphere than this server.​

as i stated before i was a console peasant.​

How many hours can you be on everyday?:​

- 5 or higher depend if i'm not messing my sleep schedule​

Why do you want to become a moderator for our server?:​

-i am average man trying to have average outcome of life, i usually come around as a friendly person despite having bad temper and losing amount of brain cells, i been in this server since January and met lot of great people in this server. i been trying my best not to violate any server rules usually people refer to me as "Big Mike" and they think it's about my "Little Part". i want people to have great time in the server make it enjoyable for them.​

What do you think you would be able to help us with on the server? Why are you special over the other applicants?:​

1. i am very active player on the server usually i would take one day mental day for obviously reason​

2. i am professional and calm person usually when it comes to situation such as argument ensuring that both individuals are calm and don't act like some political debate in uk
3. i been on IA Ambassador for two months now dealing with agents breaking protocols such as violation of coe ensuring what they did was highly wrong and dealing with complaints about foundation personnel for time to time.

You are a well known member and have knowledge of the rules but I do feel you lack interpersonal skills to be a staff member in order to diffuse potentially tense situations and I have seen a few times where arguments have escalated due to unnecessary input from yourself.
