What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
Clearance level four prior experience
as a current ambassador and former DOIA I've been working to make IA more active and cooperate with other departments when it comes to RP and arrest, as a former doia along with my ambassador and my colleague we held the highest review consecutive for months. Most of my ambassadors moved to a better pasture some became site administration and others to something better i never been so proud of grooming them into a better future for them. As cl4 i'll understand that you have to work with other departments closely for better results for your superiors that's i want to use my skills to departments that work closely with the council and A1.
Leadership
as a former goc lt and doia now a current internal affairs ambassador and A1 NCO, you have to prioritise maintaining roleplay with others and always be open to it don't stay exclusive be open to rp and stay inclusive. i want everyone to enjoy roleplaying with Osa and perhaps the council. second i want to make sure that alpha-1 has something to do instead of just escorting.
Document writing
while my English isn't good, my writing tends to be detailed and simple for everyone to understand, I wouldn't call it efficient but it's on par with the likes of Fredrich Nietzsche and Franz Kafka. I wrote multiple investigation reports, arrest reports and some proposals for internal affairs, I take pride in my writing. i encourage many people to make arrest reports if they want to progress within internal affairs.
What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?: here is the list of knowledge of Osa's duties
1. Carrying out overseers' duties, one of the main priorities is to overseer's order to the satisfaction no matter if there is a force or blood involved, as long the results are here then I call it
2. cooperating with departments as stated above, cl4 has to work along with each other to ensure that relationships with departments are good especially with site administration as they work closely with the councils, it's all maintaining a bridge between the council and others departments
3. observing other departments to make they are loyal to the council (and foundation of course dw ethics) to make they don't go out of the line by site command's standard,
4. Results As stated before, overseers want nothing but results from you and other departments. whether force or violence has to be involved (as long there are no witnesses) there's nothing but satisfying o5 with the result of your work as an OSA. o5 tells you to "jump" you respond with "How high?"
