BIllie remembers perfectly the first time she saw him. It was right after her first test with SCP-682. She had just been promoted to Specialist and was extremely excited to expand her personality research to the Clearance Level 4 SCPs.
What she wasnt excited about was facing the massive lizard. She had seen him briefly during containment breaches when she had been in the wrong place at the wrong time, so it was safe to say BIllie was extremely afraid of SCP-682.
The interview went about as well as expected. BIllie was shaking like a leaf during the entire conversation, mixing up her words and almost running away whenever the SCP made a sudden movement. SCP-682 wasnt violent or anything, he was actually quite respectful and humored all of BIllie questions.
As she was leaving SCP-682 chamber, she caught something green out of the corner of her eye. When she turned to look, it was gone. BIllie assumed it was just the stress of standing beside a giant lizard that ate humans.
But the small sightings never stopped. She would see parts of the green thing everywhere while leaving Medbay, coming out of Site Administration and she even spotted it once inside the cafeteria kitchen.
She was also sure it knew she was watching and that it was stalking her as well. She could constantly feel eyes on her but whenever she looked behind her, nothing was there.

It stood motionless in the entrance to the bathrooms, staring directly at her. For the first time, she could see it completely. It looked like a mass of green goo somewhat similar to SCP-999.
BIllie then did the most reasonable thing possible and started screaming at the top of her lungs, scaring the life out of the GSD personnel and the other researchers nearby.
She tried to get everyone else to look at the green goo in D-Block but they only gave her confused looks before urging her toward Medbay. And as BIllie was escorted there the green goo followed.
Billie was forced to sit in one of the waiting chairs until a medic arrived to evaluate her. Thats when it spoke.
It introduced itself to BIllie as Sir Sebastian Sebastian, a man who had worked for the Foundation as a researcher during the 20th century. While he certainly didnt look like a man, he assured her that he was.
Sebastian began following BIllie around throughout the day, watching her experiments, pointing out that eating pizza for both lunch and dinner every day wasnt healthy, correcting spelling mistakes in her reports and slowly driving Billie mad with his constant commentary. However, he never left the facility with her. He always remained inside Site-65 never venturing into the parking lot when she was going to her car to get her daughter from daycare.
Despite BIllie attempts to only respond to Sebastian when they were alone, she was quickly diagnosed with schizophrenia by one of the Medical Departments medics and warned that if she became violent, she would be placed on medication.
For a Foundation that specialized in the impossible and the anomalous, no one believed Sebastian was real or that he could physically interact with objects.
Everything changed when BIllie overheard a visiting researcher talking about a well-known researcher from his site named Sebastian, who had died in a freak accident involving an SCP. That was when BIllie asked Sebastian if he was that researcher.

Description: During a simple research on SCP-58719, D-0976 became distressed by what he observed in the SCP reflection. Before personnel could intervene D-0976 seized SCP-58719 and threw it onto the floor, shattering the mirror.
What occurred afterward remains under investigation, as one of the surviving witnesses continues to refuse to discuss the events.
A strange green substance began to emerge from the shattered glass before rapidly expanding, engulfing D-0976 and Cadet Patrick Adams.
Senior Doctor Samantha Rosevelt immediately exited the chamber to request assistance from additional Security personnel.
By the time reinforcements returned to the containment chamber, Cadet Oliver Tun and Senior Researcher Sebastian Sebastian had disappeared, while Junior Researcher Rachel York was found standing on top of a set of shelves, attempting to escape the expanding green substance.
Containment of the anomalous substance required approximately two hours.
Once the containment process ended, the green substance disappeared without explanation, and SCP-58719 was found fully restored, with no signs that the mirror had ever been damaged.

Its brass colored exterior is decorated with an intricate floral pattern consisting of engraved leaves and multiple pink and green gemstones set over a faceted crimson background. It has no manufacturer markings or inscriptions have been found. Internally the object contains a single circular mirror that remains free of scratches, dust, or other signs of wear regardless of handling.
While its appearance resembles objects from the late 19th Century, its creation is dated to the 17th century.
Anomalous Properties: When a D-class looks into SCP-58719 mirror, they will initially see an ordinary reflection. After approximately 5 seconds of uninterrupted eye contact, the reflection will gradually begin to diverge from reality, displaying representations of the subject greatest fears, deepest regrets, or worst possible future.
The exact manifestation differs between individuals and appears to draw from the subject subconscious. Reflections may depict the death of loved ones, personal failures, catastrophic events, or entities unique to the observer.
Prolonged observation will result in increasingly vivid and disturbing imagery, often causing panic attacks, paranoia, emotional distress and recent attempts to destroy SCP-58719.
