What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
Well first and foremost, I am experienced in the Server and how everything works. With that I also know how the day to day RP on the server/Site 65 is like and thus know how to implement myself into it. Other than that I am also an Alpha-1 Command Sergeant and have a lot of experience with the O5s, the RP on F3 and of course OSAs. Because of that I know very well how the OSA RP works and what they have to do. As I gained knowledge over time in A1 while escorting them. I am able to create RP when it fits and enjoy doing so as well as implementing myself into already established RP scenarios/situations. But personally I favor creating scenarios when there currently is not much going on to give the Area I am in a little bit of life. But I am especially good at creating Roleplay with my own Characters lore and the way they usually act and how they talk or someone elses lore if I know it IC (If its necessary to know it IC otherwise also without knowing it IC like a scar on their PAC). Example beeing my own A1 Lore with long/permanent lasting Injuries with regular visits to medical or with RsD to know more IC about the anomalous item my A1 has in his Lore/PAC. Also I know a lot of the current OSAs and all of A1 and O5 so I get along with everyone very nice and have already implemented myself in the surroundings. Now to the Administrative stuff, I am also experienced in that as well (Ingame more than outside) as i know how to make documents, have a amount of management experience in A1 and F3 regulations etc. I can also handle the responsibilities and the authority given to me as I am very well experienced in high positions and can also manage F3 when I am in Charge rankwise, as I already had to do that a lot as A1. And last but not least I can carry out the Orders given to me with little to no problems and always am motivated to get the best results in what I do.
What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
OSAs are like the working Hand for the O5s with them carrying out their Orders, approving documents or representing them in their abscenes. They also carry out Investigations given by O5 Command and enforce their Orders with the help of A-1. OSAs are also able to authorize a sweep of D-Block or give D-Class work permits.
Other than that they also observe Areas within Site and make reports to them. Whilst also being the mouthpiece of the Council to deliver messages to certain people if the O5 are not able to do it themself or tasked an OSA with it, they also help A-1 with their tasks.
Why do you wish to become an Overseer Assistant?:
Since I started on the Server my main Goals always were to get into A1 and O5 as I am absolutely in love on how their RP works on this Server. With one of those already accomplished I am working to one day get O5 and in those ministeps towards it, OSA is one of them if not a bigger step than I first anticipated. As its my Goal in OSA to make myself known as much as possible and expand the way I am currently able to do RP a lot. Because while of course not impossible its harder than in other jobs to create RP as an MTF, as your RP in it is heavily PvP focused. And as an OSA your possibilities expand a lot with orders given to you by O5 and being the messenger between O5 and site personnel. And with those duties you are engaging a lot more with site staff which makes it easier for one to create RP. Before this I wanted to get into Site Administration but I had not had enough experience in CL4 Jobs and with OSA I am still able to reach LT+ in A1 which is my personnel Goal in A1 on itself. So I would love to playout my Character whos lore is below as an Assistant.
