For how long have you played on CG SCP: A year or so, a long time.
I am afraid this broke, so I am unable to make a proper VTime. My best guess is that I have 20-25 days on the Server as since I started playing my Gmod playtime has gone from 300-800 and I have only really played on CG SCP:RP I have at most, 24 hours on CG Military RP.

I would like to make a list of my worst offenses:
-ERP;
-Multiple FailRP and FearRP I cannot count;
-12 Hour ban on the UK server;
-3 day ban on the USA server;
-RDM x11.
(This was nearly a year ago before I was a GenSec Captain)
Why are you applying for Security Captain?:
I absolutely love D-Block, it is a mix of RP and combat. I love being able to help new players and guide them towards MTF. Or teach them the CoC. I have done this job before, and I can easily do it again.
What makes you suitable for Security Captain?
I used to be a Captain, so I'd say that is pretty suitable. I spent nearly 2 months as a Captain and requested discharge, I have spent a long time in D-Block and know it through and through.
What are the responsibilities of the Security Captain in RP?
Gensec Captain Responsibilities Are:
-Making sure D block is well staffed (most of the time it is understaffed);
-Giving RRT orders such as, helping MTF, setting up checkpoints and escorting CL4 personnel;
-Making sure that all Gensec are following the CoE and CoD;
-If needed, call in a sweep of D block if they're armed and rioting;
-Giving Gensec orders and making sure they are doing their jobs correctly;
-If and when a sweep happens, give a brief on what Gensec will have to do in a sweep;
-Taking Gensec onto the "catwalk" if needed to take down a Class D with a gun;
-Disciplining Gensec and keeping them in line;
-Hosting RRT tryouts.

Early life:
Not much is known about [Redacted] early life, we know he had an avid interest in the Army Cadets from an early age. He enlisted in them at an unknown time and reached the rank of Lt by the age 16 soon joining the actual Army when he came of age. He went to West Point, and got his commission of the age of 22. He was an amazing leader, and really knew how to lead on the battlefield. He led his Platoon during a Vietnam, he was awarded multiple medals for his service and was promoted to the rank of Captain before...
The [Redacted] incident:
During [Redacted] operation, they were on a UN 'Peacekeeping' operation, at the same time the GOC was also in the area on a search and destroy mission. The foundation was given Intel that a GOC Company was in the area and was given intel to where their HQ was. Whilst tending to the needs of the locals in the population their HQ was bombed, at which point all hell broke lose. He, got his men ready. Prepared defences, and was able to defend an enemy larger and more well equipped then him. It, turns out that this was an Nu-7 battalion. Nu-7 Soon, realising whom they were it was too late SCP 096 had popped out, and started murdering everyone. The only reason he survived was due to the fact that he was under 7 feet of rubble. After all the chaos, the GOC were apparently destroyed by 096 as they failed to take proper precaution. Nu-7 amazed, that they were capable of mustering such a fight. Searched through the ruins for survivors, they found him.
The Foundation:
Being bagged, and taken. He was confused, they questioned him for days. Eventually, seeing that he had potential as a Leader they placed him into D-Block as an RRT SGT.

Please read through this, as a lot of what I wrote there is still relevant, I am seeing a lack of command. Captains aren't active, and so is GenSec as a whole.
I can assure you, that I will be active. I was, one of the most active Captains. And, I will be once more. I want to get D-Block to be in a more active state. How I will do that, I am unsure. But, it will be one of my personnel goals.
