RDM B -Killed a thauma for repeatedly body swapping GSD into D-block despite threats and multiple arrests. Staff deemed it RDM so I shot him again in the sit, hence the B. Worth it however. |

Why are you applying for Site Director?
-Frankly, as much as you may hear me say "I hate this Site" I actually love it, I love helping departments and creating and participating in Roleplay, I've enjoyed playing Command roles for over a year and keep coming back to them. Which is why I wish to persue this chance to become the Site Director. I had initially planned on working within Site Administration for much longer before even attempting this but no one could of predicted that The Long Standing Director Pennington would apply for O5, so I have decided to give an application a shot now. Additionally, I've had some delightful ideas for Roleplay I could purse as Director, which has ultimately convinced me into giving this application a shot, I will go into more detail regarding that in the Storyline section. Regardless I wish to use this role to attempt to increase Roleplay standards across the whole server, encouraging more CL3 staff and below to engage in the current RP around site in a less combative manner. I do believe I have the skills and experience to attempt to achieve this.
What makes you suitable for Site Director over Site Advisor?:
-As I mention on all my applications;>My experience! - In the 2 years I have spent on this server I have spent the vast majority in Command roles, ranging from Ethics member to Chief Overseer. I believe during this time I have acquired the skill and abilities that being Site Director would require, from assisting departments and regiments to sorting out disciplinary measures when required. Adding on, I believe I am fully aware of the a Site Directors duties and how to carry them out.
>Leadership skills - A trait the leader of any site would require. Throughout my time on this server I've helped deal with many things where I've had to step in. Ranging from arguments between departments, sorting disciplinary measures, assisting with Roleplay creation and teaching new players and CL4 alike. I believe that I have the appropriate leadership ability to lead Site Administration and deal with any issues or incidents that may be thrown my way.
>Communication skills - One of the most important traits a Director can have is Communication. I am able to effectively communicate and work in team, which can be demonstrated by having lead the Committee when there was no Chairman and having lead the Council as it's Chief. It's important for a Director to communicate with their SA team to ensure they are all on the same page.
>Activity - I believe that I'm quite active both on the server itself as well on externals, trying to make sure I am aware of any and all issues or major Roleplay is occurring. I believe being involved in the server in such a way is a good trait for a Site Director and Site Administration as a whole.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
Due to the vast overlap with Advisor, I will put the duties from my Advisor Application below. Any Changes or Director exclusive duties will be highlighted in Red.- Departmental Oversight - Each member of SA watches over their assigned Departments to ensure that the Department is running adequality and fulfilling its purpose, if any issues arise such as poor performance, they then correct the issue in whatever manner they deem.
- Roleplay creation - As they are the Administration of the Site, they are expected to create Roleplay for the site. This can be achieved through means such as direct creation or prompting roleplay scenarios
- Policy management - Naturally as the Administration they are expected to handle any on-site policy, be it creating, updating or implementation.
- Interview and Appointments- Site Administration vote upon and interview members of staff to fill the listed positions when empty:
- Chief of Security
- Director of Medicine
- Director of External Affairs
- NU7 Commander
- E11 Commander
- Site Advisor
- Internal promotion of Site Managers
- Employment hearings - With recent policy changes, SA are to handle any issue regarding employment, mainly the handling of appeals regarding "unjust" firing
- Crisis management - Naturally as the ones who run the site, they are expected to handle any crises, this includes management of Code 5s, organising evacuations doing ordering Code Black (and the calling of it), and later on as SM/SD the calling of ERT.
- External Relations - Site Admin work alongside DEA to handle relations with local GOIs
- Misc. Authorisations - Site Admin hold the power to authorise many things, such as shutting down an area for training, and should use this power to assist with Roleplay however they can when appropriate
- Other CL4 duties - As with any CL4, they must handle things such as AA authorisation and closing blast doors
- Liaising Directly with Site Command - As the Director of the Site they are the direct point of contact between Site Admin and Site Command and should liaison with them with any larger issues that may concern the Foundation as a whole

As mentioned above, I have some Roleplay ideas I wish to pursue should I achieve this position, I will put the one I wish to pursue in a spoiler below.
As Site Director I wish to create a storyline or at least some Roleplay that would impact the mood and running of the Site as a whole.
I wish to create some Roleplay regarding the establishment of a 'Cult of personality' around the Director.
This would include actions such as propaganda and manipulation. It would naturally raise some eyebrows with Site Command, of which will be dealt with in Roleplay.
I have some plans on events that can occur and how this RP would be carried out, including but not limited to the formation of a propaganda department.
I wish to create some Roleplay regarding the establishment of a 'Cult of personality' around the Director.
