Why are you applying for the Director of Medicine?
The reason i am applying for Director of Medicine is because I have been really enjoying the medical department and the special kind of roleplay it brings with it. I have been consultant now for about a month and have enjoyed writing documents, rewriting documents and ofcourse assisting others in medical treatment. I want to help and keep the department stable and work to make it even better. There is always room for improvement and I would like to work on this.
What makes you suitable for Director of Medicine?:
What makes me suitable is my real life knowledge of medicine. What does this mean, in short i am a Nurse who works in a hospital and see alot of cases daily. I like to use my knowledge i have gained from my experience as a nurse and apply this in-game. Furthermore I am friendly, aproachable, consistent, professional & social. I am on good terms with alot of members inside the community and i have a great knowledge of the rules due to me being an ex Senior-Moderator.
Further I have been improving documents, been doing non-stop medical evaluations and have been teaching our new members of medical tips & tricks.
I have a good understanding of what a Director needs to be to a department. It needs to be a person who is capable of leading and supporting a department, especially when it is at its lowest. It needs to be there for the members and keep thinking of new idea's to improve the department.
What are the responsibilities of the Director of Medicine in RP?:
The responsibillites of a Director are the following:
- Representing Medical
- Support members of the Medical Department
- Have meetings with other Cl4 and CL5 members
- Enforce rules made for the Medical Department
- Training new trainees
- Holding lectures and trainings for the Medical personell
- Hiring and training new Consultants
- Create new documentation about the Medical Department
- Making sure all the members are behaving professional and interviene when neccesary
- Keep thinking of ways to improve the Medical Department

Dutch used to be in the military. He was in the branch of Special Forces wich were also known as KCT (KorpsCommandoTroepen) where he was medical personell. He has fought in Iraq, Somalia and Afghanistan. Dutch loved doing his job where he carried out missions from high command and attended people that were shot or generally wounded until one day he witnessed SCP [REDACTED]. He noticed alot of casualties were falling to this thing and he kept trying to patch them up but it was no use. Dutch then got called over by an E-11 because his comrade was injured. Dutch patched him up the best he could and the E-11 noticed this. After containing the SCP the E-11 command invited him to apply for Medic within the foundation wich he gratefully accepted. He has since been showing so much good work that he got promoted up to Medical Consultant.
On the 21st of ██ an incident occurd with an member of the ████ Council. Dutch was on call that night and was called up to Floor 3 due to a medical emergency. Dutch grabbed his bag and started running to the elevator of Floor 3. It appeared that ██ was having terrible chestpains and he was looking all white. Dutch did not hesitate for a second and started assesing what was going on. It appeared that ██ was having a aneurysm and he had to get surgery ASAP. Dutch knew there was no time to call someone else so he decided to try and do it alone with the assisting hand of a few Alpha-1 members. He made a quick sterile field and laid out his tools. He then proceeded to make an incision to try and find the bleed. Eventually he found it and clamped it off. The ██ was stable again. Dutch let out a sigh of relief and started closing up the member. A member of the ██ saw what Dutch did and decided to make him Director of Medicine.
