Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
The reason I am applying for the role of Site Advisor is because I would like to return to this position. I used to be the old Site Director and I really enjoyed my time when I was Site Administration. I have recently returned to the CL4 duty as an OSA about 2 weeks ago and I would like to progress further into a Senior CL4 member. I would like to overview departments again and think along with them on how to improve roleplay or effeciency. Furthermore I would like to grow further in my storyline making. I have some idea's I would like to do but I am very new in the category of creating storylines. I am already familiar with the creation of small roleplay and events due to my history as a senior gamemaster.
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
What makes me suitable is a combination of multiple factors. This being my experience, professionalism and being approachable. As said above I have extensive experience within Site Administration already but also within the other clearance level 4 roles that I have held. This has given me a good look on what is expected of a Junior but also Senior Clearance level 4 position. This has given me a good insight and I can use this experience to help out other departments and give them guidance when needed. Another factor that makes me suitable for Site Advisor is my ability to lead and think outside of the box. During my tenure as Site Director I have learned alot about leadership and how to succesfully manage departments and especially whenever they are not performing up to standards. Furthermore my conduct as overseer assistant and Alpha-1 has been of quality and I have been engaging with lower clearance levels of the site. Feedback is also something that I am not affraid of. I appreciate it when people give me feedback that I can actually work with. This way I can keep improving myself.
Furthermore I am proactive in assignments and try my best to make quality documents. What is also notable is my communication. I have learned alot from the past years about good communication and how to approach certain cases. I think I can use this in my favor and make the communication better between Site Administration and any other personell on site.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
I will pinpoint the responsibillities and explain them at the same time:
- Advanced Armory Authorization: This is one of the many tasks an Site Advisor is allowed to do. He is to acess the situation on site and can grant acces to Advanced Armory at his discretion and guidelines.
- Overseeing departments: As an member of Site Administration you are assigned to a department for a month and help them out with any questions or concerns that they may have. At the end of the month SA also writes a review on the department togheter with the Ethics Committee and see what the points of improvement are but also what is going well. They will also guide them in case this is needed.
- Creation of policies and documentation: As an member of Site Administration you are expected to constantly think on how to improve certain aspects on site. This can range from a small change within a department to creating new policies for certain groups of interest.
- D-block sweeps: This can be authorized by Site Administration in-case of a captain being absent and there being an active code 2.
- Conflict resolution: Solving and preventing unnecessary conflicts that happen inter departemental or site wide.
- Carrying out orders: Carrying out orders for Site Managers, Site Director and even Site Command. This varies what the exact order is.
- Carry out meetings with GOI's: As Site Administration you are aware of the current GOI's within pinewood and are to have meetings with for example GOC about relations.
- Rolemodel: You are the rolemodel for the people under you. It is important to always keep your conduct up.
- Authorization of mass termination of D-class: This is something Site Administration is allowed to authorize whenever it is required by combative units. Obviously following said guidelines for this.
- Creation of roleplay: This is something that is also expected of Site Administration. This can vary from small one time events to large storylines or buildups to major events.
Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:
