Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
No kicks/bans/warnings
Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector? What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:
I'm mainly applying for ISD Inspector because I believe I have what it takes to bring ISD forward. The way I approach ISD is that I try to find a peaceful and de-escalating solution in most scenarios. For example when we're looking for a suspect and I find them first, I give them the chance to come in on their own accords before immediately putting them in cuffs, giving them a chance to cooperate with our methods. I'm willing to hear their side and make it clear that I intend to do so. I generally try to communicate with people first, especially since the name of ISD might not be the best currently. Communication has helped a lot so far in my experience to calm a situation down.
What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:
An ideal ISD Inspector is someone who is willing to hear everyone out, not immediately jumping to conclusions. Simply because someone said that another broke the FLC does not mean that they did it. An ideal Inspector investigates the whole matter, taking testimonies and gathering potential evidence. They'd also teach their subordinates such methods, ensuring to raise a generation of ISD Operatives who don't immediately arrest someone just because "someone told me to".
A good Inspector also makes sure that their Operatives are up-to-date with new policies, hosting trainings and presentations on how to handle certain situations. They also provide ISD with Operations to keep the flow of RP going.
How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:
I have not written many major documents thus far, the only thing that comes to mind is one of the most recent Operations within ISD
What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:
- Recruitment/Induction of new ISD Operatives and Agents
- Writing and giving out ISD Operations
- Maintain the public image of ISD
- Reprimanding ISD Operatives and Agents if needed
- Giving orders and directions to ISD during Codes and RP
- Handling CL4 related FLC violations
Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:
Like I said above, I am one to hear people out on their case instead of jumping the gun. I also tend to give newer ISD members some adivce on how they should do things, for example slowly approach a suspect and give them the chance to turn themselves in. I know how nervous some newer members can be, so I take them along with me and show them how to properly deal with certain situations. I also think that I am a rather fair person, willing to believe someone when they show genuine regret of their action, but I also think that I have a rather good feeling of when and what punishment should be given out.

Please give some lore about your Internal Security Inspector character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Before joining the Foundation
Born in 2000 in Cologne, Germany, Dylan had a mixed childhood. With his father being a retired military officer and his mother being a doctor, Dylan grew up with strict discipline and the love of life preservation.
After finishing school, Dylan enlisted in the military just like his father did. During his time there, Dylan proved time and time again that he is willing to do everything necessary to keep his team alive and out of unnecessary harm, a perfect harmony from his upbringing. He didn't always pull the trigger to kill his enemies, but rather incapacitate them so they could be brought in for interrogation. He only killed when the situation deemed it necessary to do so, such as his own life being on the line or that of his comrades.
This special way of doing things brought the attention of the Foundation upon him. After an interview with one of their representatives and a very special job offer, Dylan made the decision to put his character to good use for all of humanity.
In the Foundation
Starting as a mere Guard, Dylan quickly saw many flaws within. From fellow Guards giving D-Class unneccesary beatings to Researchers conducting "Tests" that don't follow a clear goal, Dylan decided enough is enough and he decided to join the Internal Security Department to ensure that the Legal Codex is always enforced, even if some might not like it being enforced. Dylan never really cared about who was conducting acts against the Legal Codex, seeing it as his duty to deal with those who deem the Codex beneath them. Though even with this goal in mind, Dylan didn't always make the arrests that others would have, instead he sat down with the individuals and gave them a second chance, observing them in the future to see if they uphold their promise.
Being in the Internal Security Deparment, Dylan has seen many things, some of those putting his own characteristics into question. But one thing was clear, he was doing this for the greater cause, to keep humanity safe from these anomalies that lie within the Foundation. With this constant goal in mind, Dylan leans his decisions on it, asking himself if an arrest will further the goals of the Foundation.
He is here to secure the knowledge within. Help to contain the many anomalies this world has to offer. And, most important to him, protect those who can't protect themself.
