Why are you applying for Medical Consultant? I want to increase my knowledge within medical sciences and the foundation medical department and i want to move up in the world. After working as a Senior Doctor and performing countless of evaluations and check ups aswell as having learnt surgery and medical sciences i feel like i'm ready to try and take the next step withing the department. I believe i can bring some fresh air and innovation into the department.

What makes you suitable for Medical Consultant?: I think that not only my knowledge and motivation as a doctor but also my first hand experience in treating patients and my friendly demeanor are well suited within the current medical consultants. I love to teach new trainees and doctors and help them reach the next level in their medical careers. I'm open minded to all kinds of people and i can be professional in situations where professionalism is needed, however i like to consider myself humble and relaxed and easily approachable if required.

Please explain an in-game medical procedure of your choice: Let's say a patient comes in complaining about their left leg being very painful and unusable. You ask them to lay down on the x-ray machine and stay still and calm while the machine scans them. Now once the machine is done scanning them, the screen will indicate that the left leg has a fracture, however the machine screen itself is kind of mirrored so it'll show that the right side is fractured when in reality it's the left leg (this is important to remember). Once done scanning, you will then approach the medical dispenser and dispense calcium meant for the correct limb and you will offer it to the patient. Once the patient has consumed the correct drug, they will be healed of their fracture. You can then send the patient away while reminding them to be careful with the leg and not to stress it too much until it's fully healed.

What are the responsibilities of the Medical Consultant in RP?: The responsibilities of a consultant include but are not limited to handling misbehaving medical personnel like job bans and medical license removals, spectating all medical personnel while making sure that they're doing their jobs and doing it right, helping lower ranks within the department with medical procedures aswell as with anything they need help with. Consultants are also able to perform medical license tryouts for trainees so that they can ascend to the rank of a doctor. Consultants are also required to perform psych evals on CL4 personnel to make sure they're qualified for their jobs.

Please give some lore about your Medical Consultant character and what storylines they would be involved in: As a young man, Erwin Forster who back then was known by the Karelian/Ingrian Finnish name "Valeri Kondie", worked as a doctor trainee in St.Peterburg hospital in the newly found Russian Federation after the fall of the USSR. Once the law about ingrian returnees came to his knowledge, he moved to Finland with his family where he served in the finnish defence forces as a combat medic. Later in his life he moved to Canada to seek a fresh start to his career that had not moved forward in a small country like Finland. He quickly found a job at Montreal General Hospital and settled in Montreal. After a while, he adopted the name "Erwin Forster" so that it'd be easier to live in an english speaking nation. He chose the name respecting his western and central european roots while not letting go of his cultural ties to the east. After receiving a canadian passport and nationality, Erwin made a few tours in the middle east as a combat medic of the canadian armed forces where his deeds were not left unseen. One day he was mysteriously approached by a well mannered and suited man regarding a job at some "foundation". Erwin decided to think about it and received information on how to contact this mysterious feller if he made up his mind. Erwin took the chance and contacted the man. He was then escorted to a secret facility in the middle of canadian wilderness where he was interviewed and briefed about his upcoming job as "foundation medical personnel". He understood that he was chosen for this job due to his medical merits abroad. He swore secrecy and begun his career in the Foundation Medical Department and the rest is history.
