Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?:
I am applying for the position of Internal Security Inspector because I believe I possess the set of skills and experience required for the position. I have recently become very dedicated to the department and I have been enjoying my time by partaking in roleplay events, investigations and operations. Furthermore, I believe that through a leadership position I would be able to aid the department even more by applying the experience I have in a new field and creating new operations or mentoring new ISD members in their journey within the department.
The Internal Security department has an incredible potential for RP, and I wish to develop it further by encouraging CL3 members to RP more in investigations and operations alongside mentoring them.

What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:
I am suitable for the position of Internal Security Inspector as I believe I possess various qualities which are vital for this position: leadership, professionalism, maturity and friendliness. Firstly, I am very confident about my leadership skills: I know how to lead a department issuing orders and directives to my subordinates utilising our communication system, ensuring that ISD is efficient and aware of what they are doing. This has been proven throughout my tenure as Epsilon-11 LTCOM & Alpha-1 Captain.
Secondly, I am a mature and professional individual, I know what my character represents and how he should act in all situations. Overall, being professional and mature are the key qualities of an Inspector as these allow any Inspector to handle all situations properly, alongside being respected by fellow site personnel.
Thirdly, friendliness and approachability: these two qualities are critical in my opinion for an Inspector to possess as these will encourage ISD CL3 members to ask more questions and express concerns whenever needed. I always tend to be friendly and approachable, so that Site personnel will be more inclined to talk to me and therefore ameliorating interdepartmental relations. Even if being friendly and approachable is important, at times it's important to stand firm when needed in order to represent a strong department and never allow anyone to walk all over us.
In a nutshell, due to my vast experience that has aided me in developing these qualities, I believe I am suitable for the position of Inspector.

What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:
I believe an ideal Internal Security Inspector should possess all the qualities I previously listed in the past response, as these would allow him to handle a variety of situations accordingly and represent the department as he should. Furthermore, it's important that Inspectors are competent and knowledgeable, so that they may step in to clarify or rectify situations through their vast experience. What's more, Inspectors need to know when to act tough and ensure their department is respected in critical situations, at times other departments might oppose certain arrests and demand the release of their personnel which the FLC will not tolerate.
Being an ISD Inspector is a tough job, but I believe that by gaining more insight into how the ISD leadership team is currently operating I would be able to become an ideal Inspector.

How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written?:
Within my time in ISD I have mostly written interview reports through formats I personally made, but I have not yet written any major, roleplay-serving documents as an ISD members. Yet, in the past, as a former Site Manager I have written many different project proposals and vital reports which have served to provide RP for different departments across the site. I still possess them to this day, so in case its needed feel free to contact me about these documents if you wish to analyse the quality of these.

What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:
A document of this nature should be coherent and concise, it should be easy to read and it should contain all the critical details needed for that specific scenario.
Documents which possess these qualities are perfect for major roleplay-serving purposes, as the reader can properly understand the main topic but not be bored by reading a document which is just too long.

What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:
The responsibilities of an Internal Security Inspector in RP are many, the most important ones are the following:
Supervising their subordinates in their duties
ISD Inspectors should supervise their Agents/Investigators in their duties to ensure quality and mentor them on how to improve.

Handling IC complaints on their department
Complaints are bound to come ISD's way, it's important that ISD Inspectors as they are the first CL4 point of contact, are trained and ready to handle these complaints accordingly.

Managing on-site personnel, coordinating duties and investigations

ISD Inspectors should also be leaders, ensuring that their Operatives and Agents are kept busy, coordinating them and giving them directives to complete. Furthermore, they should encourage them to independently seek roleplay opportunities.

Training & Mentoring New Agents
Training and Mentoring new Agents is a fundamental duty of an Inspector, whenever possible they should train new ones when requested and mentor them so that they may learn and improve.

Improving intedepartmental relations
It's important other departments are aware that ISD plays a vital role within the Foundation, and whenever possible Inspectors should attempt solving issues that could be detrimental to relations between ISD and other departments.

Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:
I believe I would be a good leadership positions holder for Internal Security as through my vast experience within our site and all the qualities I possess I would be able to positively contribute towards the department and aid it grow as much as possible. Internal Security always requires new ideas and new people to propose them, and I hope I will be able to create new opportunities for our agents and investigators to RP.
In addition, I have had the responsibility of managing a whole department multiple times through my time in CN, so I am aware of what it implies and through the insight I have received from my experience I believe I could do a fantastic job as a leadership position holder within Internal Security.

Please give some lore about your Internal Security Inspector character and what storylines they would be involved in:
