Why are you applying for Site Advisor?:
After thinking about it for a long while, I have decided to apply for a site advisor for a few reasons, but I have 2 major reasons.

First reason is that when I was site advisor last time, I have really enjoyed the duties I was given and I'd really want to fulfill them again, this time even better with much more experience and appreciation of the role than last time. With more experience I can help other departments a lot more then when I was site advisor last time.

My second reason would be that I really want to support the site to the best of my ability and make some of my ideas come to life in a position such as this. One of the ideas that I have mentioned would be the compiling of all the policies that we have on-site into one discord channel. This way, Foundation personnel can take a look at other departments policies and be sure what a different department member can do and cannot do. I am aware of the site-policies-uk channel that we currently have on discord, but this channel has a very few of all of the foundation policies that are on site and does not inform people of other department policies, which I think is a shame. One may say that other deparments have no business looking at other department's policies but I don't see it that way. I have seen countless situations where people were unaware of certain departmental policies either due to the policy being new, or recently updated and this leading to a lot of misunderstandings that didn't even need to happen, if there would have been an easy way to verify it. Once I would be at it, I would take a look at the departmental policies to make sure there are no outdated informations in them, since I am aware of at-least one department that has a very outdated information in them (Not saying that there is a lot of it, just saying that outdated information is present in them). And yes, I am aware that Site Admin is in charge of site-wide policies and not departmental ones, however I would not make any of the changes to the policies by myself, I would only request that departmental leaders either update the policies, if they would be outdated and I'd also ask them if they would be fine with me putting their department's policies into a public discord channel, since I am almost completely sure that this would make everyone's lives 10x easier when trying to learn the policies of different departments.

My second idea that I have in mind is that I wanted to finish one of my projects that I have run as an OSA, by tweaking them a little bit to fit the Site Administration narrative. This project was research related and some people may ask why I just don't go for some research position. This is because I don't believe that I would enjoy doing only research and nothing else. The only reason that I want to bring this project back is because that I am almost certain that it can bring at least some engaging roleplay (Not saying that research doesn't have a lot of it now) to the research department and make their imagination run wild. Last time I run this project I was dealing with a lot of stuff outside of the game and because of this stuff I was forced to completely leave the server, leaving the project completely and not be able to do any roleplay with anyone who was involved in it. The project I am referring to is Project Elysium and it can be found on the research forum discord channel.

What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
I have a lot of experience with a lot of different departments and factions. I know that this is one of the things that a lot of people say, but I am also aware that it is important to mention in nonetheless. With my experience in administrative positions I would be able to monitor departments effectively and give either praise about specific aspects about the departments that I would believe are better from different departments, but also give constructive criticism and insight into the problems the deparments might have, but also give them some helpful tips or advice.

Next up, is my personality which I believe is fitting for someone applying for this position. I believe that I am a person who can respond to a lot of different situations with a good solution to it and/or come up with a good compromise. I also try my best to be as helpful as possible when it comes to anything that I can help with, be it newer players to the server or even my higher ups. I also don't get upset when things don't go my way, I just try to look for a reason why it didn't go that way and if the outcome is better, I accept it with grace and learn something from it. As I have aforementioned I try my best to learn from my mistakes and I try to not repeat them (Of course, sometimes this doesn't end up the case, but when it is some major screw up I always try everything in my power not to repeat it again, and I think that so far, I have always learned my lesson from big issues, not that there were a lot). I also am able bring fun into the site, but also act professionally and serious when the situation demands it and to be completely honest with you, I have come to love these situations even more than ever before.

Some people may say that I haven't been back that long to go for this position, however, I believe that I have gotten myself acquainted with a lot of the departments on the site already and have seen how they operate nowadays. Someone may also say that I shouldn't go for this position with only a CL3 position, which I totally understand why you would worry, but with my past CL4 experience on a lot of different roles I have come to a realization that the duties of these roles tend to not change drastically, and I remember how I did in these roles and what exactly I was doing on them, only the people who hold them change.

I also believe that I have grown into a lot more competent roleplayer than before. I am capable of creating spontaneous ,more laidback RP, but also capable of creating some more serious RP that can last longer, such as the project Elysium or one of my other projects, Project Robust Pillar. This project was more focused on giving CL1 and CL2 researchers some RP with the inanimates to do and not only mindlessly test on them without really knowing what they are doing or how to improve. However, this project was not well received and no work was done on it unfortunately (believe this was due to the fact that only a handful of people even knew about it and not many people were spreading the information about it to the targeted researchers).

What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
There is a plethora of responsibilities that members of site administration have. I will list the, in my eyes, most important ones:

Appointment of Departmental Leaders & Other members of SA
This is one of the most important roles of the Site Administration. Site Administration is in charge of choosing almost all of the department's Directors/Chiefs (Excluding ISD director, who is chosen by Ethics Committee & RSD Director, who is chosen by O5 Council). This duty comes with a responsibility of choosing a good fitting department leader, so you have to give your own personal opinion and experiences you had with this person. When the person passes the application process, an interview process begins, during which you have to listen attentively to the persons answers and rate the answers and then give verdict, with other members of SA, of course.

Overseeing departments under Site Administration

When you become a member of site administration, you will be given a department (or two) to oversee for the month. In order to effectively oversee a department, you have to be in frequent contact with the members of the department, make sure their documentation is in order, make sure they are doing what they are supposed to be doing and make sure that there are no issues with the department from the administrative standpoint, meaning the leadership is doing what they should be doing and they are striving to better the department.

Site-wide policies management

This is done with the cooperation of Site Command. Basically, this means that if there is either a problem with already existing site-wide policy, there would have to be a meeting with site command (Or just OOC discord conversation) about it, where people would give ideas on how to make the existing policy work or if it just wouldn't be better to remove the policy altogether, or when there is a completely new problem and no policy is created to combat it, it is duty of SA and SC to create one that would remove the problem or minimize it's harm on the site.

Groups of Interest Supervision for the site

Even though usually dealing with GoIs goes to DEA, however when there is either a big proposal or a problem concerning the entire site, SA should take part in dealing with it. One of the main things that SA should deal with is a policy, treaty or a deal that is meant to target the entire site and the entirety of the GoI the site is making the deal with (MOAT for example).

Day-to-day operation of site

There is a lot of duties that fall under this category and I am going to list a lot of them here.

Authorization of usage of AA during breaches
Mass-termination of D-class
(When no Ethics is on-site)
Distribution of site forces when dealing with multiple threats (E. g. CI is somewhere in facility, and there is a breach simultaneously)
Closing of certain parts of site when there is a cross-training taking place (For example, a cross-training between E-11 and Nu-7 that was allowed to take place in HCZ, HCZ would be closed for a certain time, but only long enough to make sure that it does not disrupt the site functions for an awfully prolonged period of time).

Staying up to date

Not exactly a duty that is written anywhere, but it definitely is one of the most important responsibilities there is for SA. When SA member is not staying up to date with their department, they cannot effectively do their duties. When you are not up to date with your departments, you cannot give any constructive feedback, tips or even any guidance on how to make a problem better, since you do not know that that problem exists. Same thing with the GoI supervision, if you are not aware of the sites current standing with the GoI or their recent actions, you cannot be of any help with the treaty creation since you do not know what to demand or what to give in exchange. As I have said, I believe this is one of the most important responsibilites as a SA, but even when you are a departmental personnel staying up to date is not going to make your life any worse.
