What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
I believe that there are a few key factors leading me to be the best candidate for Overseer Assistant.
Past OSA/ECA Experience:
Firstly, I have a lot of experience on both sides of Assistants - Ethics, and Overseer. This allows me to view every situation from an unbiased stand-point, from both an ethical and harsh standpoint, allowing for just and viable punishment for those who deserve it. From those two positions, I learnt the ins and outs of documentation for Site-Command, and the necessary 'bar' of behavior and maturity required to maintain and hold your position as an Assistant. From those jobs, I learnt to remain vigilant and unbiased during observation on personnel, and how to act when disguised. I've already run a few successful "Operations" while being an Overseer Assistant (Sorry ethics ahha, iykyk) meaning I understand the necessary data and level of documentation needed to perform successful missions, observations, and more.
Past Administrative / Documentation CL4 experience:
Finally, I have the necessary administrative experience from being an executive researcher to successfully complete my duties as an Overseer Assistant. One of the most important and critical duties I had as an Overseer Assistant was to lead RP and document findings / important events IC using high-quality and detailed documentation that can be held to a high standard. In my opinion, having creatively written documents that can be read IC allows for more developed and intriguing RP to take place. I would typically write documents on interesting events or classified missions that could take place, and I've developed this skill of writing brief, interesting and fascinating documents over my time as a CL4 Researcher / OSA.
Other stuff:
I personally believe that I'm a very insightful and perceptive person. I often see or notice things that most people would just glance over, and when it comes to assisting the O5, having a keen eye is an important characteristic that could make me stand out. Additionally I'm great at keeping disguises for long periods of time, and playing into the character disguise that I've taken, ensuring my true identity is kept a secret. I understand the necessary requirements and needs to become an OSA and have plentiful experience, hopefully leaving on a positive note since the time I've resigned.

What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
The main purpose of Overseer Assistants existing, is to act as a more public ambassador and communication vector between the O5 and the majority of foundation personnel. They act directly under members of the O5 Council, carrying out their wants and needs to a T. Being an Overseer Assistant requires you to be resilient, and able to follow orders. Additionally, some common responsibilities are:
Keeping the site safe:
As an Overseer Assistant, it is your duty to maintain peace and prosperity within the site, ensuring that it runs smoothly. You need to make sure that 'all hell' does not break lose, as it could lead to disaster and even more casualties. Organizing personnel placements, responding to emergencies are examples of the things you can do.
Following O5 orders:
You are below the O5 Council. You need to listen to their orders and fulfill them to the highest quality possible. It is important that you maintain professionalism and discretion while finishing orders set by the O5, as the smallest slip up could lead to disaster.
Watching foundation personnel:
Another duty of an Overseer Assistant is to ensure that the quality of work being produced by foundation personnel is up to standard.
Being the 'Eyes and Ears' for the O5:
Overseer Assistants are given disguise cards to safely observe the site's status, while maintaining their identity a secret. You should collect information that may be deemed 'useful' by the O5.
Keep floor-3 safe in the absence of the O5:
Whether this is hacking doors shut, fixing computers, or cleaning up a mess, keeping floor-3 is your main priority as it is the residence of one of the most important groups of people. When the O5 are not on-site, it is your duty and job to ensure the safety of the members when they return by closing doors and reporting status.
Lead and develop RP for everyone to be involved:
Everyone enjoys RP, and being in a CL4 position means that you are required to develop and lead RP to make it as inclusive and fun for everyone involved.
Represent the O5 council in your every day duties:
Maintaining a high standard of professionalism while in the public reflects back on the O5 council. Your behavior and maturity while on-site is one of the most important things.
Authorize AA; as long as they are the highest CL4 on-site:
During desperate times or multiple SCP breaches, it is important to authorize advanced armory as an Overseer Assistant - as long as you are the highest Cl4 on-site.
Prepare documentation to be read by members of the O5 Council:
To make proper decisions regarding site-65, the O5 council must be well informed on the decisions taken by site-leadership and recent events. Writing up brief and detailed description of these events is important and a key part of your job to ensure that the decisions made by the O5 are effective.
