I know how to play the game, I know how he works as I was in E-11 for a long time

He cries in corner of his containment or slowly roams around when undisturbed for some time
When breached, where is SCP-096 allowed to go? Can SCP-096 beeline straight to D-Block?:
He is allowed to go everywhere where his target is, so yes he can go straight to D-Block if his target is in there.
How is SCP-096 re-contained? Please describe all steps of the process:
1) Bucket him as soon as possible
2) Let 096 kill his target
3) When not enraged beam him, cuff him
4) Check if there are any remaining pictures/documents with his face (usually do this during step 2/3 if you have more people)
5) Get him to his containment chamber
