I have received 9 warns (and 2 afk kicks) They are in order : NRP(old word for FailRP), RDM, NRP, NLR, FailRP, FailRP, FailRP, FailRP, FailRP, I have now been clean since October 2022 I believe.

How long have you been a Senior Agent for?

Almost a week now, While this isn't very long and I would normally have waited much longer, I do believe that the department is desperate need of CL4 personnel right now, and that my vast experience in both Intelligence & B-1 could compensate for the lack of experience in the new External Affairs Department.

Why are you applying for Special Agent?

As I've said above, the department is in desperate need for active CL4 as right now It is a bit chaotic, with agents more or less not knowing what to do. I hope to bring order to the chaos, as well as give them more interesting tasks, id est trainings, special operations, etc... And ensure that there is always a cl4 available for them to consult in times of need.

What makes you suitable for Special Agent?:

I have a lot of experience in the ancient department of Intel and the ancient MTF Beta-1, at one point holding intelligence director and at another point being a Beta-1 SGT. I have also attempted to spend the most of my time after my recent exams ended playing DEA, in hopes of getting to know the new department better. I will make it clear I am nearly useless in combat so my time as a special agent will most likely be doing office work, basically the stuff that no one else wants to do but that someone has to take care of, I hope to be that someone because as my being an executive researcher for over a year may indicate, nothing gets me more excited than sitting on my desk and writing documents, as long as I know what I'm doing, hence why I don't write to many combat reports because I don't know how to do PvP.

How many documents have you written? What makes a document good?:

I have written a limited amount of DEA documents (including one that wasn't submitted but instead directly printed and given to an OSA), mostly because I haven't been on the department for a very long while, and that the most common document being a combat report is not quite something I am often a part of. However I believe that a good DEA Document would be one that gives as much detail as possible in the report, as it is in our nature to later review these documents in order to investigate a certain occurrence, an example of thing being Operation Avalon, which aims to learn as much about the CI regiment ICU as possible, this is why for example during an interrogation it would be wise to ask a CI operative their subdivision and what it does, so that an operation like this could be easier simply by reading older documents. Obviously a document must also have good grammar, must be easy on the eyes and if possible include images, such a portrait of the CI being interrogated. And if it a report, it should give the context and get to the point, there is no place for author's opinion in a report unless it is very pertinent.

What are the responsibilities of the Special Agent in RP?:

In the Absence of an Agency Manager+ They oversee and represent the department, otherwise they are the junior cl4 of an agency, meaning they typically only have power in their agency (SUR or OP), and are under the agency manager in the chain of command. They hold a junior cl4 position and as such are subject to all the responsibilities that typically come with such a position. They oversee operations done by either agency and are typically the field commander of such operations, whereas the agency manager watches and commands from safety. They take a combative role and with their wide range of tools, are capable of committing assassinations while also being capable of being a frontlines assault unit.

Please give some lore about your Special Agent character and what storylines they would be involved in:

Long before the time of DEA and even before the time of Beta-1, there was the Department of Intelligence, and a Director, Alberto "Huff" Huffles, this man inherited a dying department and decided that in order to make his department active again, he would do whatever it took, and while he managed, it was at a great cost. You see his method of regaining momentum for the department was to radicalize his agents, make them ultra-nationalistic to the department, he formalized his own cult to which many if not all member of the department were a part of, Scylla "Pandora" [Unknown] was one of these members at the time, and even to the director she was seen as one of the more radical cultists, however this did not bother him, he needed good allies for what was to come, and so she climbed up the ranks in the cult and the department, until one very crushing day for her... It would seem that at some point the O5 council caught wind of Huff's plans to separate Intel from the foundation and to form his own faction, they labelled him a traitor of the highest order and had him ambushed and taken to them by their A-1. When this happened many agents pondered raiding floor 3 to retrieve him, but their hesitance is what ruined them, less than an hour later the director was declared "retired".

The cult knew what had happened, and Scylla blamed the death on the inaction of the non initiated members of intel. And so she left the department, she would not join another major department for a while, instead choosing to work as a pencil pusher, a paper runner, etc...
But during this the cult was still active, under her... You see after the death of their leader Huff, the cult was disorganized, in disarray, they split into several factions vying for power each one having their own leader, Scylla was the leader of her own faction in this, the most radical faction. She crushed the enemy factions and took control of the cult and as the new leader she took up the surname Huff, even though she was never a member of the Huffles family, however since the cult was outwardly labeled as treacherous by the O5, it had become much more secret, only a few members remained however they kept trying to keep as much control over the site as possible, for a long time they were seemingly inactive...

But then, the disheveled state of the new DEA department which Scylla originally hated the idea of, eventually reminded her of the state of Intel before the original Huff, and seeing her moment decided to join the department, breaking her inaction and launching her in the pursuit of power hoping to one day bring back the legacy of Intelligence under the cult.

Bro was a literal Intel Director and B-1 Sgt, if anything he is overqualified for this position.
