Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
I have received 9 warns (and 2 afk kicks) They are in order : NRP(old word for FailRP), RDM, NRP, NLR, FailRP, FailRP, FailRP, FailRP, FailRP
The first 6 of these were between the 2nd of January, and the 2nd February, after that I was clean for about 8 months until October, Which is when I kind of got back into the server after a hiatus or two, I don't deny any of these warns and ultimately believe that the most recent 3 were necessary for me to get interested in the server again because If I had came back fully serious like when I had left I most likely would have gotten too bored and not stayed very long, anyway thank you for listening to my TEDtalk.
Why are you applying for Internal Affairs Ambassador?
I see in Internal Affairs a potential that it hasn't quite reached yet, it has many tools to succeed and while it certainly uses many of them I feel like some are left to the wayside a bit, to be more precise I hope to bring more things to do for agents as I believe that their day to day routine as agents can, if left uninterrupted for a while, become quite tedious and boring.
I also love tribunals and hope to make them happen more often, more RP for the whole site and it gives agents and ambassadors something to do and is quite the show for the spectators.
What makes you suitable for Internal Affairs Ambassador?:
I'll be honest, I usually stay on a cl3 job for at least a month before even considering applying for CL4, but the fact that a few people suggested that I apply including another ambassador, and that I've done some training for Ambassador notably training a new IA agent with supervision from a director and ambassador, plus the fact that I have extensive Site Affairs experience from my time as Intelligence Ambassador and Director and extensive paperwork experience from being an Executive for 10 months. all of these combined may have convinced me that applying now may work. If not, I'll keep on the job until I think I'm ready again.
I should probably address my infamous lack of activity at times, It's true that there have been times where I've gone off the server for weeks on end, however I do plan on turning that around and one thing I can give for proof is my CPL rank on B-1, a very selective MTF that requires high activity, I also believe that IA ambassador is a sufficiently interesting role to peak my interest for a quite long time.
How many documents have you written? What makes a document good?:
I must admit that my IA document count is most likely lacking, I've done a few arrest reports, and investigation or two, but overall not that many, however, I believe that what makes a good document is organization, comprehensibility and the content of the document, a good document has to be well organized so that the reader can easily read his way through the document and know where he is at all times, it has to be comprehensible meaning the less grammar mistakes the better and that the phrases have to be done eloquently in a way that avoids possible confusion on the reader's part of what the author meant, and the content of the document has to be pertinent and not lackluster in detail.
What are the responsibilities of the Internal Affairs Ambassador in RP?:
IA ambassadors are in charge of the IA agents, they typically assign the agents an area to stay/patrol in, remind them to be on the IA frequency and generally coordinate the agents, they train new IA agents and give them the whitelist for their equipment once they've been properly trained, they are also there in order to help agents if there is a complicated scenario unfolding and the agent doesn't know how to respond, a proper ambassador must know the codes of ethics and conduct and legal codex well enough to be able to clearly determine if any of them have been breached and must be able to, upon reviewing the documents, tell what section has been violated, in addition ambassadors are meant to deal with reports from agents against other agents, as an IA agent is not allowed to arrest another agent they must collect evidence and give them to the ambassador for him to judge, furthermore an ambassador represents the department during the absence of the Director and also holds all of the typical responsibilities of cl4 staff.
Please give some lore about your Internal Affairs Ambassador character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Magnus Sicilius Huffles was born in Greater Manchester in England to the Huffles family, however quickly finding his homeland dreary he decided to venture to southern Europe, having an interest in ancient civilizations he finally settled in the Italian region of Campania, where he studied archeology, hoping to become an archeologist at Pompeii, however the costs of the studies being too high, he started taking a side job as a lawyer's assistant, he was about 24 years old when he decided to go exploring some roman ruins in the country side, he found some nestled between a hill and the coast, after spending some time enjoying the little historical details in what was left of some pillars, he noticed a well hidden passage in the hill face, hidden by some hanging moss, he decided to take a closer look. Putting the moss to one side he was greeted by a massive steel door embedded into the hill, and a keycard scanner next to it, he tried to open the door but it didn't budge, it would seem he needed a keycard to enter, it was getting late so he went back home and wondered what could be behind the door, and so for the next few days he kept coming back hoping to catch someone entering, one evening while he was watching the door from behind a rock, a bag was suddenly put over his head and he was knocked out.
Behind the scenes Magnus had been getting scouted out as a possible recruit to the foundation, and they were actually already going to recruit him in about a week, however they decided to take this opportunity instead, as it was easier to kidnap him without notice if he was already close to the site. It took a while for him to get used to the surroundings, but they decided to give him the role of Internal Affairs Agent, as he had experience in law and this was seen as the easiest job for him to get accustomed to quickly.
(I decided not to write a massive paragraph for this one, I think I'll just make a google doc eventually fleshing out the entire storyline's lore, sounds like a fun project)
