Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?:
ive recently gotten interested in RP again and have greatly been interested by ISD, ive been extremely active and are planning to keep my activity up. ive been apart of ISD since early 2024 and recently got promoted to investigator from where im trying to work my way up more, i want to keep ISD up due to its slightly fallen activity and inactivity with inspectors and commisioners in my timezone, the major blindspots in my timezone are early in the morning and late in the night which im able to be active in due to my timezone and work schedules
What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:
I feel like im experienced and Professional in my duties as ISD whatever my rank has been, i follow the rules and play fair with everyone. I give everyone chances to explain themselves and even when they cant, i dont max time anyone without a page of crimes so they can enjoy the RP rather than jail walls. Im also good with keeping time and documents in a good balance, im used to working hours and hours on my free time just to do simple things that benefit people no matter if its in SCPRP or something else which make me reliable for updating and creating documents that this role needs to handle.
What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:
An ideal Internal Security Inspector is someone who can lead and handle stressful situations clearly, calmly and professionally. They should be able to assist CL3 personnel new or old with issues that are complicated and lead them trough the process of dealing with what theyr having issues with. They also have to be able to interact with any people even if not in the best terms with them but still be able to work together. They also need to be able to create unique
How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:
In my whole time of the server, the only major documents i have made were as researcher. I made all documents with proper grammar, in as detail as i ever could have and every research document ended up with over 9 pages, one full page for every section of the research. For ISD i have not had the chance to make major documents as of now but im ready to do one whenever necessary while giving it all i can.
What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:
Inspectors work as CL4 personnel which means they have to stay even more professional as they represent ISD with other members of ISD Leadership. The core duties stay mostly the same such as Investigations, Arrests, Assisting with Checkpoints. But as a new duty they are also able and allowed to assist and host recruitments and trainings. They also uphold all CL4 duties, that includes manning Tesla gates, Lights, Blast Doors and leading other departments when necessary.
Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:
Due to my long time on the server, i have seen how ISD should and should not act. I have taken these all into concideration and have learnt from the current Inspectors and commissioners. i am able to be professional at all times, i get along with everyone regardless who they are while doing my job effectively. i do not have a single charge, arrest, fine or anything of the sort which proves my ability to follow rules and orders.
Please give some lore about your Internal Security Inspector character and what storylines they would be involved in:

Artyom's job description as Internal was surprisingly straightforward: keep an eye on employees and handle crimes and ethical violations happening within site 65. In actuality, his position was between participant and observer.
This was a job Artyom saw just as a salary at first untill they started to enjoy the work they were doing feeling proud about possibly saving lives and getting justice to those who lost theirs.
Some time later Artyom decided to keep pursuing the line of work within ISD looking higher up for more opportunities to keep himself relevant to the sites safety. But Artyom knew they are not yet in a position where they are able to do everything they know they have to do so for now they have been telling higher ups in departments regarding misconduct within their ranks done by people he couldnt handle himself but he didnt feel like things were moving fast enough or at all.
