Why are you applying for the Chief of Security?
I have a deep love for the General Security Department and its members, and I wish to serve it as much as I can and now it seems like the perfect time for me to apply as we are getting a lot of new captains and I wish to guide them, as well as all other GenSec.
Ever since I became an Officer I have made it my goal to improve the General Security Department as much as I could, being a Sergeant and Captain allowed me to improve it on the ground and see all the flaws and issues with the Department and becoming a Chief would help me in transforming the General Security Department into a fun, stable and capable department.
What makes you suitable for Chief of Security?:
I have the necessary skills to become a Chief, which I have demonstrated in the time of being a Captain, for example I've been one of the most active captains, being on Site all day ensuring GSD operations go flawlessly during the day; ensuring POI’s are manned, sweeps are led and Research continues. Additionally I've hosted numerous try-outs and trainings to improve morale and expand our roster of Response and Containment Units as well as resolving tensions and arguments between individuals, be it in or outside GSD. I've been trying to be a guidance to all Security personnel, I've helped anyone from Cadets to sometimes even other Captains but also people outside GSD. I believe my actions speak more than words ever could.
Additionally I possess the necessary qualities such as patience, judgment and professionalism for a Chief of Security. I am able to lead people but also guide them and act as a neutral force in case of a conflict. I am also not going into this blind as I have numerous ideas for projects, subdivisions, policies, and other improvements.
What are the responsibilities of the Chief of Security in RP?:

Please give some lore about your Chief of Security character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Lore below:
Born in a rather small village in Slovakia, Jack had a normal life, until while on a trip to the United States he was on a walk when he accidentally trespassed on private property. The owner, thinking Jack would rob him and seeing Jack had a gun, aimed his gun at Jack but before he could say a word Jack shot him thinking the man was attacking him. When Emergency Services arrived on scene, Jack was arrested. At the Trial he was found guilty of Murder and sentenced to life in confinement. It seemed as if all hope was lost but one day
he was offered to work as a test subject at a weird Research Site and as a reward they would pardon his crime. Jack didn't want to spend the rest of his life so he accepted. He was amnesticated and taken to Site-65 as a Class-D Subject. Jack was very cooperative and earned a trustee status and eventually enrolled in the general Security Cadet program.
After his interview and passing all the tests the foundation threw at him, he was finally enlisted as a general security department cadet Once Jack enrolled and headed off to his first shift at D-block. He had no idea what protocols were in place or what kind of position he was in, he didn't even know the command structure. But after a few weeks, Jack learned, read documents, put his skills to the test from the documents he had read until finally, he achieved the rank of Sergeant, the responsibilities weighed on him, with pressure like no other ever since he achieved the role. As he had no longer to follow orders, but to give them properly and effectively. He had to remember posts, POI's within d-block and what security concerns could be addressed and fixed, how sweeps needed to be effectively done with authorization. And he remembered it all, with his determination and after months of keeping D-block a safe space for everyone. He applied for the position of Security Captain. He waited days, waiting for an answer and one day the chief of security called out on the radio "Jack Apple, please report to my office.". As he nervously walked over to the security sector and into the Chiefs office, the chief explained to him he is currently conducting a captains interview and Jack quickly knew that he was in here for one. And ONE reason only, is to become a part of the GSD Leadership team.
After a total of 30 minutes during the interview, Jack answered all the scenario questions the chief threw at him. He struggled on some of the questions, but answered them the best he could with confidence. And once the interview was over, the chief ran through all the questions and consulted with his other chief. Once they were done, he gave a glance at Jack and looked back onto his clipboard, and told him he passed. Jack was filled with joy on the inside, but the weight of responsibilities weighed on him on the outside. As this was his first time ever becoming a part of the GSD CL4 Leadership team.
Jack worked hard as a Captain being on Site all day ensuring GSD operations go flawlessly during the day; ensuring POI’s are manned, sweeps are led and Research continues. One day, one of the Chiefs sadly resigned and Jack saw this as an opportunity, he put in his application and after a few days, the Site Director made a decision…
