What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
-Do Simple and sometimes Difficult Tasks for Council Members
-Be the eyes and ears of the Council
-Assist Council Members with anything they might need
-Serving as a "Connector" for On-Site Personnel and Council Members by bring people for Private Meetings etc.
-Representing the Council under orders

It was Winter Night, when an O5 Member was drinking coffee and browsing the list of most loyal foundation personnel,
Their Loyalty thoroughly checked with Special Interviews...most of them were living in on-site appartments.
The O5 Member was specifically looking for potential candidates to fill a vacant assistant position.
The Councilman found him, a person that might be a solid candidate.
He opens the file and reads it's contents.

Background:
Jack Manning has recieved a Masters Degree in Engineering, right after finishing College he was scouted out by one of the DOEA Agents.
After signing the Contract, Jack Manning started out at Site-17 later on he was transfered to Site-65.
He has Served in the Foundation for 10 Years and has been a witness to Multiple Containment Breaches on both Sites.
During a Containment Breach he has aided other Foundation Personnel in seeking shelter all around site and with recontainment of Eucilid Anomalies despite not having any prior training.
After the Containment Breach he was Disciplined however he was given a chance to become a Containment Specialist by completing Trainings and Seminars regarding Containment of Anomalies in field and on-site.
He has Applied for an On-Site Apartament, and his Application was accepted after a Screening Procedure.
To this day he still currently resides in Site-65.

You will watch as everything you hold dear to you burns, Sometimes you may have to Sacrifice your Friends and you might have to watch over your back constantly, Now i need to know if you're ready for that.
