What makes you the best candidate for Ethics Committee Assistant?:

1. Diplomacy - since ECAs are expected to interact with site personnel, its a given they should be able to be converse with people in a diplomatic and efficient manner, my interactions with other foundation personnel do show that i in fact am able to do so.
2. De-escalation, similar to other FLC/CoC/CoE enforcing individuals on site, ECAs are expected to do their best to keep the onsite tension at a low level, as an example, my arrests rarely lead to confrontation as i know how to communicate the aftermath of a situation in a way thatll cause the least amount of further escalation.
3. Clear and concise Documentation, while my documents may not be world class, they are rather well built, and from the feedback ive gotten, i do believe i hold this criteria
4. Being observative, seeing as being observative is already a big part of ISD/GSD (which both ive mained), so i believe and knjow that i do hoold the skills regarding this criteria.
5. Naturality, its important for an ECA to be natural regarding to their work, and not let personal opinions effect their choices, i do believe and know i hold this criteria up.
6. Professionalism, seeing as they are a very notable figure in the foundation, its expected of them to show the highest level of professionalism, seeing they are the face of the committee around site, such quality is one i believe and hope i hold

What are the responsibilities of Ethics Committee Assistants in RP?:

ECA Specific:

- Shadowing departments, ECAs might be tasked with integrating themselves into other departments in order to get an authentic and legitimate view of the department's inner working.

- Upholding the FLC and CoE, seeing as ECAs are affiliated with the committee, its a given they should be upholding the committee's morals and codes.

- Assisting/taking part in investigations, weather it be by the order of the committee or by request of ISD, ECAs are permitted and expected to help/take part in investigations across the site.

- Attending meetings, seeing as ECAs could be given delegated tasks, they could be requested to join meetings and take notes, freeing up time for the committee members.

- Public presence, an ECA is expected to be the mouth and eyes of the foundation across site, taking note of things happening across site and reporting back to the ECMs, alongside making a good name for the committee across site.

- Request utilization of mobile task force O-1 to deal with various events that might hinder the committee's objectives.

CL4 Specific:

- Manage CL4 doors, weather it be HCZ BDs, PW BD or elec, in times of need an ECA should utilize their clearance to open/close these doors, depending on whats required at the moment

- Acting as a role model, you are a senior foundation staff and so, people look up to you, and due to that an ECA should uphold themselves to the highest standard.

- Handling information breaches, seeing as CL4 hold way more knowledge then CL3 and below, CL4 are held up to another standard of secrecy.

Please give some lore about your Ethics Committee Assistant character and what storylines they would be involved in:

Jacob was born on the ██ \ █ \ ████ in █████ Canada. as a child he was very interested in writing, he was always scribbling away, later in middle school he even won a few state scale essay competition, although after a rather big loss he gave up on the idea of being a professional writer.
later in life, in his early 20s, he found a job as a journalist for the globe™, eventually becoming a content moderator.
over time he grew tired of the monotonous job and decided to empty his life savings and buy an RV and work remotely so he could actually see the world outside of the narrow binoculars of the 9-5 job.

after about a year of traveling he found a small and somewhat quiet town... almost too quiet, it was always clean, crime rarely happened, and what looked like armed guards were posted near it. against his better judgement he decided to buy out a small cabin near the frozen lake.
while taking a stroll through town he had noticed one of his fellow townsman get dragged in cuffs by the CAF into their FOB, and so he followed them, eventually finding a small vent in which he could keep track of whats going on, as he followed the detained townsman he periodically uploaded the footage he has aquired to a prepared cloud storage.

as luck would have it, he was found by a patrol of Nu-7 and DEA and brought for questioning.
during the interrogation he has made it clear the information he has is secure, and once dead, his friends are instructed to upload it to any place they can find.
seeing the delicate situation he was instead offered a job and in return he had to sign away his "past life", meaning he belongs to the foundation as far as the law allowes it.
he started working as a receptionist for ISD, taking calls, taking notes and taking care of their schedule.

after a while he applied to become an agent, and as if fate had a change of heart, he was accepted, from there the story gets dull, a few investigations, a few operations, until he heard an ethics committee assistant position had opened up
(to be continued)
